Pricing confusion. Sent me a price that shows credits only to add them back in for the same amount credited with fees.
Online price says includes dealer handling but then shows as added in??? Listing did not indicate back up camera doesn’t work and the one touch close for the hatch. Offered to fix the camera. Not the hatch. Ultimately did not buy didn’t feel comfortable.

Grant was great in helping my daughter and I get her fist financed car. Although we didnt go with the 2012 ford focus we did get a 2015 ford focus. Also wanted to single out Larry as he walked us through the financing process with someone who has no credit he, was great!
They did contact me and try to find a car for me, but they did not have any I was looking for at the time. They
did follow up later, but still did not have anything. They also did a video of a car they thought I would be
interested in and sent it to me which really helped since I am so far away from them.

My experience with Peak KIA started out great. I am in Utah looking at a Subaru Forester they had. The salesman I was working with, James, helped me arrange the delivery of the Forester to a mechanic so that I could get a pre-purchase inspection done.
The issues came when I inquired about my financing options.
$12,597 including dealer handling fee
-$3,000 down
$9,597 @ 10.9% for 60 months equals an estimated payment of $208.
The financing offer I was give was 10.9% 60 month payments at $339. That’s a loan of $20,340. I pointed out to James that this doesn’t add up and he proceeds to tell me that it’s due to my poor credit. I continue to try and explain that a $20,340 loan is not what I’m after but he only wanted to stress to me that there were others looking at the Forester and if I didn’t like my rates there was nothing he could do.
The math simply did not add up and Peak KIA was unwilling to offer me an explanation of their math, taxes and fees.

good service but where unable to find me the awd vehicle wished I had scheduled to see to buy & then proceeded to offer me a non all wheel drive vehicle to see wish was my only deal braker!

Excellent customer service. I was an out of state buyer and am happy I found what I wanted at this dealership. It was easy to work out a deal over email & they had the exact car listed on this site when I got there. I got a good deal and was treated fairly. Thanks Steve & Matthew!
Another dealer who doesn't remove sold vehicles from CarGurus. I called and was told it was still available. An hour of travel later, I arrived to be told by some slow-witted sales boy that the car had been gone for days. Another sales boy called me a few days after that to try to get me to come in to look at other cars...NOPE!
Bought a car but will probably not go back. Too much pressure to get warranty without providing necessary information. Did not even tell me about deductible nor showed me the exact list what it covers. Car had a hail damage. when I asked only showed few dings. Later found out window has a chip and there is a crack on paint that can cause rusting. I don’t feel like I was treated with honest.
A waste of energy and time.... The sales staff and the warranty dept were
great. Sales manager was NOT! I had to pull teeth to find out the car suffered
hail damage (it was repeaired but not completey... I had aske the car to be
cleaned so I could see any damage. It was not. it had a nice coat of dust and
dirt. After waiting for them to clean the car there are several nicks in the front
windshiel. When I arrived the mileage was 23713 instead of the 19364. I had
been given via there listing. With high mileage of 24k and the Jepp only
having a 3 yr 36k warranty... you would basically run out of the warranty in
the first year of a loan. Asked for them to split the cost of at 4yr 75k
extended warranty 1500.00 (2899.00 cost) they were not willing to stand
behind the car for the length of a loan unacceptable. I arrived ore approved
with my own back. There were no other negotiations except the warranty
coverage. Car has been on the market since January 2018. CarGurus ... rate
it high.

I made a trip 35 miles to the dealer and the vehicle was not even available. Very nice people but not very efficient.

Called in the morning to confirm the vehicle was on site. They said it was and when I arrived an hour later the car was already out and ready to test drive. Walked away a few hours later with my new car, hassle free experience.

It was the best car buying experience that I ever had. Tee was courteous
and informative. She found out how much car we could be approved for
first and then showed us a few vehicles. We were in, approved and out
within 2 1/2 hours. I would definitely recommend Peak Kia to anyone
looking to buy a car.

Met with Brian Barr and he was great! Very helpful and checked in even after we left the dealership. After visiting GMC and the Ford dealership close to there I can honestly say Kia is the only one I'd go back to. He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me on something out of my price range!
I had a great experience at Peak Kia and purchased my vehicle there. I recommend it heartily and especially the salesman I had. His first name is Marc. He went the extra mile to find what I wanted and did not try to sell me something I did not want. he had a great sense of humor and the hours I spent there was actually very fun! The loan process time went smoothly and efficiently.
Peak kia south was the reason why people hate buying a new car. I was very clear I didn't want to waste my time driving all the way there for nothing and to make sure the vehicles I was interested in was still available for a test drive. Found out once we were there that the owner let a friend borrow the vehicle for a few days. Upset ,but still interested, we decided to wait to hear back from them on the vehicle. 4 days later we did here back and the vehicle now had almost 5,000 more miles on it (started with 30,000). After stating thats a lot a of miles for a few days they then said they had it for 2 weeks. Changed their story, probably use that car for a bate and switch to one of their other more expensive cars. Beware of their listing, might just be taking the cars for a joy ride or vacation. This is such a horrible experience

Matthew Responded to my inquiry
immediately. We are talking within 2 minutes of
my sending my info in. He has been extremely
helpful and has stayed in touch with me all
week. The car I was looking at sold the next
and Matthew notified me right away. Although
disappointed Matthew assured me that he will
keep his eyes open and help me with finding
the perfect vehicle. His service has been so
exceptional that I decided to be patient and do
plan on buying my next car from him.

This is tbe worst dealership i have ever
deal with. I love the car i bought but they
took me for alot of money. I paid for
heated seats to be put in. Turns out the
car already has heated seats so i ask for
my $500 back and they wont give it to
me. I paid $1800 to get leather put in
and was supposed to be done right
away and its been a month and still no
leather! But of course they have my
money and im sure im not gona get my
money back. Ive never been treated so
poorly. My sales guy is great but thats it.
This place is a scam. They dont even
deserve 1 star

Friendly, had already sold the car I was looking at but no hard
feelings, called back a week later to tell me they actually didn't sell
the car - however I had already purchased a car from another dealer
not their fault - I don't know the circumstances, but I did appreciate
the call back to let me know it was still on the market :)
