They made an appointment for me to come see the car I was interested in. Drove over an hour from my home and used some PTO to leave work early for the appointment. When I got there I was informed by another business there that they moved locations a week ago. When I called the gentleman I had set the appointment with he seemed bothered and told me the automated email system gave the wrong address. He then acted as if it was my own fault then he hung up on me. When I called again he put me to voicemail. Horrible customer service. My son found the new address and we drove out there a couple days later. The pictures of the car did not show a completely smashed windshield on the website. He then said the car was a mechanic special. Again not reflected in the original listing on the site. Seems shady and a waste of time.

This truck had a few mechanical problems. They are asking 6999 with all the mechanical issues the dude said he’d discount it to 6799 plus taxes which took the total back too the original price. A bunch of crooked use car salesmen. Stir clear of this lot. Pepe Auto Sales sucks.

In and out great guys and they'll negotiate

Well they never contacted me back about the Jeep, but I ended up going there and actually walking away with two vehicles. One for each of my daughters. Unfortunately the next day one of them had transmission issues, and the part was on back order for about a year and a half. After getting hung up on by one of the guys and going back and forth with one of the females because the males never want to face up I finally got my money back. And one of the guys did say they had just gotten that car in so was unaware of the problems. My other daughter’s car has been working fine, just had to clean food and pet hair out of it because they had been driving it. Overall they were nice in my face but very rude over the phone. I wish my husband could’ve been there with me throughout the whole process, but I can handle myself. And thankfully I know a Machanic that knows the guy who works at the transmission shop. So it’s hit or miss with this place. I gave two stars because of the bad phone attitude.

Dealer was very honest about the condition of the vehicle.

The car was a dog. Dead battery, no air, engine died at traffic light, had hard pull to the right. Owner of the dealership offered no excuses for the failures of the car, and blew us off. Needless to say we left.

It was bad because I went to see some cars and the person there wasn’t showing me around to see the prices on the cars really rude too I asked him about this 2008 BMW three series 328xi coupe all-wheel-drive And he gave me an attitude that’s why I left never coming here again

The lady at the the desk took forever to come out. She did not seem interested or enthused to show me the car. This car particularly She had to jump start and then engine light came on. The tire pressure light came on and she said, “all the tires look the same”. How can you tell tire pressure by looking at them? . I did not have a great experience.

Called 2 days in a row for a Audi Q5 with high miles that they had in inventory for 3 days. Was told on the phone several people are interested and people have came but it’s not sold. I told the confused lady on the phone i will fly the next day after seeing the listing, was told to call at the end of the day to make sure it’s available….. no answer. Called back today just to get hung up on asking is it still available. Probably the weirdest dealership i ever dealt with. Keep the car with high miles since you wanna sit on it.

I called the dealer asked to buy a x3 bmw in cash sent a copy of my id and bank card. At about 11:26 am 12/15/21. She said, that she'll send the paper work in 5 mins to my email. Called back 2 hrs later. She said that she was , tied up a deal and she'll send it in 15 minutes. Never happened. I called back again she said that she went to check the miles on the bmw and all of these lights came on and that she was having a mechanic come and check it and she'll call after he leaves never happened. I called back today 12/16/21 now she says that the car was sold yesterday around 5. Don't trust this dealer. Very unprofessional and the worst people to do business with that I have dealt in my 53 years on earth.

Dealer responded but I emailed them back and told them that I would like to make a cash offer for the Cadillac CTS I didn't include the cash offer in the email they never responded

We keep getting the run around with this dealer. They required you to make an appointment but when you called, you could not get one.

I would give no star if I could, they should be kicked off Cargurus. In my lifetime I have not seen anything this shady. I drove there Friday evening to test drive the vehicle. I was already approved by a lender they use. I couldn't close that day due to the time. I was given an appointment 6-29-20 at 11:45am. I was given a call at 9:30am saying don't come to the closing because they Sold the car. Very bad feeling and I hope no one ever purchases a car from that dealership.
