The staff were friendly and low-pressure, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The experience quickly turned into a maze of hidden fees, shifting numbers, and the classic “let me check with my manager” routine. After driving three hours based on a verbal quote, I was told the price was actually $2,000 higher when I arrived. To make matters worse, I spent nearly an hour waiting around even though I was prepared to pay cash. It’s disappointing, because I came in ready to buy—and left with a strong reminder of why so many people no longer trust car dealerships.

Horrible they lie about approvals. Communication skills is horrible. They only have one line that connects to everybody’s phone. I don’t know if this is a tactic of keeping up with who gets to sell either way trash company.

Great customer service

Amir was super nice and easy to talk to. When i asked about taxes on the car, he didn’t hesitate to tell me the out the door price. No BS extra charges. I would recommend to a friend

poor customer service, i emailed twice with no response. i just called about this car as well and they said it was sold and hung up on me without offering other cars for sale.

These guys are great they got me into a beautiful model 3 & all of their cars are in great conditions it was really an amazing experience. Thank you guys !!

Vehicle was as described. Way better in person but either way it looked amazing. It was a 1.5 hr drive for me so it was hard for me to come back but was given a good opportunity to bring it home under good circumstances. Id definitely recommend coming to this dealer, they dont playtransaction was very smooth.

They listed for low price, then said its $2000 more. They never answered emails or text messages. I had to call them and ask them to check my email about my trade in and that I was interested in buying this weekend. They text me back and said not interested in your trade it. No friendly , bad experience

Incorrect information listed and given over the phone about trim level of a vehicle and was hung up on when I brought up the discrepancy.
