Unfortunately, this dealer lists lower prices online than it is willing to sell for. I was told the price was $10K more than the price they listed here when I called about the vehicle I was interested in. Not trustworthy.

This dealership provided one of the worst customer experiences that I’ve ever had. They told me multiple times that the truck was available, but when I went to test drive it with the intention of buying it, I was told that it was sold. I was then called the next day and told that the deal had fallen through and the truck was available. I made another 40 minute drive to look at it only to be called when I was 5 minutes away and be told it had sold again and they were mistaken about it being available. What a waste of time and gas. I’ll never buy anything from them. I would have given them zero stars if I could have.

The problem is that Payne has several Dealerships so you can never get a straight answer. No one seems to know what vehicles are at what location. It’s been extremely frustrating!!

Ms. Garza promptly reached out to me and scheduled a visit. She answered all my questions and stayed in touch with me up until I informed her of my decision to select another vehicle. Great customer service.

I had to keep calling them because supposedly they were busy with other customers...Then they told me the deal had been approved and it wasn't.

Do not recommend. The vehicle I was interested in was sold and I was never notified. But my credit was still ran to put me in another vehicle that was no where near my likings.

Called several times to follow up very attentive to my needs.

felt like they wanted to help at first when we couldn't get the deal we wanted they ignored us felt like it's what they want for you not what you want for yourself went to a different dealer and found a great deal on a vehicle i wanted I like how they always say regardless yeah right

The only thing I had issues was the price cargurus web site had said 25100 price and they were selling it for 30k they still honered the 25 but was a little of a hassle other than dat it was okay

They were helpful but unfortunately sold the vehicle before I had a chance to put money on it so I could buy it when I got back home from work on 21st. Had 15k to put down too. Oh well. Guess will be looking at other dealerships for my business.

Horrible. Car was torn apart. 2000 miles. Sales manager said he may need to raise the price because they took it in on trade and didn't know it was broken. Corvette with 2000 miles. Drove for 2 hours after calling to verify it was available and there.

Waste of my time, they say give them a chance to give a deal and I told them it's not worth it because all the other dealers are giving me the same thing for my car to sell. I go to Payne weslaco for nothing just for the same price the other dealers are giving me.

They said they would negotiate a price, but then once I drove 45 miles out to their dealership they lied. They said we just say that to get customers out here but we don't negotiate prices whatever you see online is what we go with. They were then rude and unprofessional when confronted about this.

They lied of who was I suppose to meet there .. Then the salesman they assigned me too was so rude and unprofessional! ! And he never called back ! I guess he's not serious about his job nor commission!

Great people to deal with. Upfront and honest.. Friendly and pleasant from the first email all the way through signing paperwork. You won't be disappointed.. Terrible experiences with other local dealerships. These guys are by far the friendliest and easiest people to work with. Got a great deal on the car and they went out of their way to make it happen.

Followed up right away. I had already decided on another car, though.
