The person who attended me does not know how to negotiate or does not like to negotiate with Hispanic people
GUESS THEY DON’T WANT TO SELL CARS!! I called this place several times. Spoke with Jennifer who was suppose to call me back, never did. I called and asked about having a pre-purchase inspection done as I was out of state. She replied that she didn’t know if they did that, she would have to ask the manager and call me back. Never called back. I called her and asked what she found out, she said she would have to talk to the GM, he would be in by 3:00 pm and she would call after she asked him. Needless to say, no phone call back. I called the next day and asked to speak to a salesperson, she recognized my voice apparently and said, oh Vickie yes I was suppose to call you back, I said yes you were, is there a salesperson or a manager I can speak with. To make this long story a bit shorter, I will just say, I felt that they could care less whether they sold a car or not which was incredible to me as this was going to be a cash sale - no financing! Your loss, vehicle purchased elsewhere!!
