Poor, the young ( I assume) woman that handled my inquiry didnt bother to read my initial email where I took the time to outline the information I was looking for. Her response was " oh , I guess I skipped over that " turned me off to the dealership. Had no desire to continue my interest there.

I got an e-mail which appeared to be an automated reply that didn't include the price of the vehicle. That was the information that I had asked for.

Salesman was honest and upfront.

They were very helpful and called me several times I thank you for your help although I haven't bought me a truck yet I am still looking I would personally like to thank everyone that has helped me thank you and God bless.

Jordan did his best to try and sell me not only this vehicle but perhaps others on the lot...sad thing is non were in our price budget. Great salesman though...recommend Jordan to everyone.

The first sale rep was snobby and because of his attitude I missed out on the deal that I really wanted .The 2nd dealer that I spoke to was very helpful and he did not run my credit because the car was in the process of being sold .I thank him for that

I’m currently deployed and was looking to replace a Nissan truck I had to lemon law, so I started shopping online and I kept getting ignored by almost every dealership I contacted including ones who claimed to be “military friendly”. I contacted Vidalia Ford and expected the same but I was wrong, I was contacted back immediately and provided fast and friendly service, an amazing deal on a preowned F150 Platinum, and best of all they didn’t mind working around my deployment schedule and made the process very easy on my wife who’s back at home with the little ones. My wife and I both felt like VIP’s and would highly recommend Vidalia Ford to anyone and you can bet the next time we are in the market for another vehicle we be coming back!

They have the info online wrong. And the lady when I went in was terrible. She tried getting me a approved without even showing me vehicles. They also had me drive a hour and a half to see a guy that was my salesman and he didn’t even show.

They did contact me but a deal could not be worked out. I would however recommend this dealer

The team at Vidalia Ford did a great job handling my recent purchase. I live two hours away. Derrick, my salesman, took several of my phone calls on a Saturday and then worked after hours to accommodate my travel to the dealership. Don, the financing manager, also worked after hours to get my deal done. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
