Very specific with 2 questions in my inquiry. Sales rep called asked how he could help. I said in my inquiry , i asked for 2 things.
So, I’m from Georgia, working in Michigan for a few months and I got to experience the black ice I had heard so much about… into the guard rail… truck deemed totaled.
I contacted the dealership, inquiring about a truck and they contacted me back within an hour. Darko was the sales representative and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained that the truck I was interested in wasn’t quite ready for sale, but directed me towards several other options. I lined up a few choices and when I arrived at the dealership, all my choices were at the front of the lot with the first one running and ready for me to test drive. When I arrived back from the test drive the next one was running and ready. Great experience!
Darko was attentive to my needs and extremely helpful helping me get into a vehicle.
After I decided on a vehicle, the process was seamless. All staff involved in the process were great!

Dealer was unwilling to make a deal. Took my business
elsewhere. I furnished the dealer with a quote on the
same vehicle, same msrp in another color. They would
not budget on the price. I bought the better quoted price
at the other dealer. One week later they are reaching out
and dropping their prices another 1500. I appreciate
them being honest and not sending me to the dealership
with a BS story. However, I would have bought the car I
wanted in the color I wanted if they would only cut me a
deal.

Requested to find out if they still had a vehicke in stock. Received several automated responses back. None of them answering my question if they still actually had the vehicle in stock. A simple yes or no would have sufficed. Waste of my time.

Slow to respond and relatively unsatisfactory. I asked questions about a camaro they were selling and they tried to avoid my questions by leading me off topic. They are a little sketchy. Guess I am not buying here!

made appointment for test drive, salesman pulls up the car, we get in the car, another salesman comes over to let us know they sold the car that morning.
