Terrible. I drove to look at the truck one day. The next day they pulled my credit and did the financing. Then I was about to go pick up the truck then they call me and said there was a deposit on the truck. Poor manors, poor service, and poor communication. Didn’t apologize or try to make it right at all. Trash.

Truck was already sold when I contacted the dealer. The dealer was very courteous and friendly though.

Donny was great. Did everything to get me in the truck.

They responded extremely fast to my inquiry (2 other dealers I had contacted at the same time never responded). They also responded quickly to my request for a Carfax report. However, when I asked if they knew anything about the second owner (I believe he/she had traded the car into them), who only drove it for 9 months but put 27,000 miles on the vehicle, they never responded. I did not press the matter, as I found a vehicle at another dealer.

Good at responding to questions I had. Unable to work a deal but overall satisfied. Would recommend would still like to deal with them.

Dealership was unwilling to talk to me about the price over the phone so that I could avoid a long trip from where I live.
