We were interested in this vehicle until we saw the condition and were treated like a waste of time. There are scratches all over the outside, there are deep scratches all over the interior panels, missing interior parts and excessive wear. Has something wrong with the suspension in the front end. The motor has had work done to it(look under and there is oil and coolant everywhere)and they have had it for 4 months and has been sold and bought back from family members. We went there with cash in hand, offered a couple thousand below asking price, and were told by the sales manager that he wasn’t going to waste his time with a proposal. He says maybe he would knock off $500. Not a great experience for us and the vehicle is not worth the asking price.

After car was SOLD another person texted - slow response - my husband stopped during the wait time and was MOBBED - but they were helpful - no one listened to what he was looking for - would not shop McGrath for anything again - no matter how bad I wanted the vehicle!

were running a promotion and could sell for
$62,250 plus TTL. Then I received a message the
vehicle wasn't available so I moved on to another

They have no idea what is an automatic or manual transmission they have an automatic transmission Camaro with slap shifters on the stearing wheel and they're claiming to me that it is a manual I told them it is not they insist it is so these people I do not trust
Salesperson got back to me with a video after he washed the car.
Couldn't ask for a better response.

Sales Consultant, Omar Alvarado was very helpful , sent us a great video of vehicle prior to our decision to purchase . Pretty much locked up a deal before we traveled to dealership. But we almost walked away from the deal with the vehicle that we really wanted for a great price because we had the unfortunate experience of meeting an extremely rude and honestly nasty Sales Manager, Shanti Hill. We were both shocked by his anger and tone on a subject (factory rebate) he was incorrect about and did not research and didn’t even have the decency to come back and apologize for the way he verbally attacked both of us. (We did qualify for the rebate and received) We were happy with everything else and love our new truck

These guys will tell you absolutely anything just to get you through their doors. They fabricated stories about other dealerships they had never even heard of. I explained a deal I was getting at another dealership, and the salesperson told me that was impossible. They were very dishonest and refused to give me an idea on how much my trades were worth. The dealership I was working with gave me a very aggressive and very fair offer on my trades after I sent them a collection of photographs of my vehicle and as much information as I could.

Quick responses and updates from Scott Kadera. Gave me all the info I requested in a timely fashion. Only negative (not really) was that the vehicle sold too quickly, but Scott let me know that right away as well. Had far different experiences with other dealerships.

They were quick to call. I had gone to another dealership first and had already came close to choosing another
vehicle, but wanted to look at the Chevy. Although sales people were nice, I'm not a fan of being approached
while still driving my truck in the lot... people need room - let them park, get out, and look at one or two before
swooping in.
Frankly that turned me off to dealing with them, and left soon after I arrived.

I contacted this dealer and asked what their bottom dollar was on this Acadia and let them know that my husband and I wanted to purchase it.
I was told for 3 days in a row that the manager would call us to discuss it. We never received a call and I emailed asking why and was told that they sold it.
I was not happy as,we had expressed that we wanted to purchase it and it was sold out from under us.

now on phone , I told them i was looking at their 2017 camaro or 18 . and
was trading in corvette and put 5000 down. 4 sales different men took my car for test drive .
I got offered 1500 dollar . that right 1500 dollars what kind of corvette can
you buy for that price. the lowest any other dealer has offer was 6500 and the
best was 9700.
you only need one sale person offer 1500 dollars. not 4 of them to go joy riding.

Don't know how we ended up looking at a 2004 Buick LaSabre Limited. The car dealership obviously have an experienced team who danced very smoothly
with every step
perfectly timed.
The appointment setter returns my call, sets up a 2 pm appointment. Calls me back to tell me who I'm to ask for. My hubby drives me up to the building as a
man is walking
out. The man said are you Mrs J?
Our used car manager asked me to show you the car. Here it is want to take a drive? At the closing table I give the same guy my final offer, he dances back to
used car
manager, together they waltz back to where I'm sitting. They turn down my offer. So I waltz out to my hubby in his car. He and I talk. We call back a bit later
bowing to say we'll
take it.
Returning to our salesman he dances us around corner to the finance man to write up details. As expected finance guy smoozes with us THEN finally gets to
the service add
on spiel. We then sign his form to save his job as it proves he did try to sell us extra service options. Then for the final movement of this dance the finance
guy picks up his
phone to say to our used car salesman "your customer is ready. WIth perfect timing there's a knock on the door just as our finance guy is hanging up is
phone. (I'm serious!)
Yes it was our used car saleman. He dances my hubby and I outside to the freshly washed car and hands me my keys.
Mr. M, Mr.J, Mr L and yes finance man Mr. L - I half expected them all to show up and bow as i drove away looking back in my rearview mirror.

Excellant salesman, very poor customer satisfaction with the people that tell the salesman what to do and what to come back to the customer with, they stay hidden in their cubicles and offer very few if any encentive to buy the car in the prices they offer to sell the car for . They act like they are better than there cstomers

They responded, but I got the impression that one hand didn't know what the other hand was doing. I wanted to look at a truck that they had up there, and was ready to go and was called back and said oh yeah we don't have that truck, it's going to be looked at by someone else. I really didn't get a chance to rate them fairly as this is the only thing I had to talk about.

A dealer representative called me to discuss my inquiry. I responded that I needed to discuss it with my wife. I was called again approx two hours later (very annoying) and multiple times in the following days. I never answered the calls again.
They may be a good delaer, but I was not impressed.

The sales people are jokes; they tell you the car is there, you get there w/in 10 mins and not only is it not on the lot, it's bring bought and signed for - that doesn't all happen in 10 mins; the test drive is longer then that!!!
