I ended up buying the car and it’s great, I love her. The process off buying the car took a long time but in the end it was worth it. The dealership is a pretty quiet place that you can really take your time to find a car at, there’s also plenty of years. The employees are determined to complete a sell and dislike if you prefer to leave without a warranty and are persistent but not pressuring.

Good guys. Found a problem with a radiator hose during the the walk around, they sent it off (on a Saturday) and had it repaired & returned in a little over two hours. Good experience, no stress sale. Would recommend to others that they stop in if looking for a used car.

I had stopped by a few days earlier to see a different vehicle. Unfortunately the vehicle had been sold, but the gentleman that we spoke with was ver knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I don't think we'd hesitate purchasing the "right vehicle for us" from there.

These are good guys...They were very friendly and were willing to work with me on a car I wanted.

Easy to deal with, wouldn't wiggle on price though. Car was in good shape, offered to lift vehicle to allow inpect of underneath.. Kind of oversold how many miles tires had left but overall decent experience.

Tony was quick to reply to me. We had several email conversations about the car. He did his best to answer all my questions. I set up a test drive and as I was coming from 90 miles away, he even held the car for me until I arrived. He was the most relaxed dealer I've ever dealt with. I eventually bought the car.

Did not know anything about the car, and the transmission died the same day I drove it off the lot.

Barely understand salesman. Spoke poor english and not helpful. He basic state Jeep have several mech issue (lemon). Only after we question (confront) why jeep paint undernealth to cover alot of rust and there was fluid leak. He comment was per carfax jeep is from ny area and what can you expect per saleman. Never visit this car dealer again they sell lemons...

Went to go look at a car. Liked what I saw and took a test drive. The car drove okay, except the brakes were bad. He wouldn't negotiate which was fine. But when asking if he'd fix the brakes (twice) he skated around the question and wouldn't answer. In fact, he did way too much talking in circles for my liking. At one point he stated that the car I wanted would be hard to find for the price and mileage he was selling. Not true. I purchased the same one 15mi down the road. But on a positive note he seemed nice, and had nice cars in his lot.

After having a very unpleasant experience at new car dealership about 6 months ago, we were in the market for a used car for our daughter. Tony and his team answered all of our questions honestly, and there was not one iota of pressure. He did the research on the remainder of the factory warranty, and helped us to understand what additional warranty options we could purchase, what that would cover, and what it would not. I highly recommend Tony and his team, and when we are in the market for a car again, we will check with Tony first. Thank you Tony!
