Dealer texted me, was very rude. He did not like my offer. He told me if the truck could be purchased for price I offered them it would be sitting in his driveway. I don't recommend coming here after the way I was treated. I was also a cash paying customer and willing drive out of my way to this dealer.

Awesome place
Super easy buying experience. They don’t charge nonsense doc fees like other dealers in the area. Pricing and negotiation were fair and a very easy buying experience for a quality vehicle. Also offered affordable extended warranty options. Would definitely buy there again and highly recommend them.
They were very friendly at first, but obviously became disinterested when we wanted to finance. We never heard from finance or the car salesman ever again. Tried reaching out multiple times and never received a call back.

I would definitely recommend going here. The customer service is excellent, they are nice and respectful while being very easy to deal with. They are honest and personable. I hd a great experience and love my new car!

I contacted the dealership and traveled 2+ hours for a test drive. Salesman was very nice
and had the vehicle ready for me to drive. Negotiations were almost non-existent as he
came down only $500. I offered him Ca$h on his desk for $400 less - and he let me walk!
We were FLABBergasted!! Didn't even offer to "split the difference!" ... Oh well, I got to
see some other areas of Helene's devastation enroute in nearby Erwin, TN.
Submitted a request to purchase this vehicle and was never contacted by the dealer. I then called before the appointment and they stated they would try to meet my appointment. Went to Bristol anyway to Parkway Auto sales and quickly found out why all the pictures were taken in the shade. This vehicle has very noticeable damage all over it including the interior. For a 2019 Chevy Cruze with 73k miles it looked like should have 300k on it. A salesman moved the vehicle behind it and a huge cloud of smoke came out. We immediately left this dealership.

Excellent experience… very kind and Christian based dealership!
Was a long drive, but took dealer at word concerniing description, etc. If
anything vehicle was understated. Didn't add on a dime's worth of
additional charges. Very direct and honest about any vehicle quirks or
deficiencies. Emailed free carfax report prior to trip. Price very fair
considering model, mileage, etc. Didn't require much dickering. Vehicle
checked out as very solid and easily passed state inspection and
mechanical check. Only had to replace front brakes pads. Been a couple
months since purchase and best vehicle, dealer experiience ever had.

Owner answered the phone and took time to answer all my questions. I must have bugged them to death for 2 days. Josh and Craig were both upfront about a check engine warning and they took the car to a mechanic for repairs. Customer service 100%

I came from NC to come see, test drive and purchase the 2016 RAM 1500... isn't she a beaut! They were swamped, but maintained professionalism and displayed humor and kindness in light of the skeleton crew. If I ever need another vehicle, I'll start here first based off a pleasant first time buy. Thanks Shane and Larry.

Very nice hometown dealership. Josh came through with all he promised, and I got a very good deal on my Tundra. I was allowed to take the truck on 2 test drives, and look it over from top to bottom. Josh actually educated me on several things I dr isn’t know about this make and model of vehicle. Seemed to be good Christian people,l that made the whole process simple.
