I had been using CarMax for years, but they really screwed the pooch when I tried to get a vehicle through them this past time. However, I couldn't be happier. I found exactly what I was looking for at Parkside KIA. The staff were all very friendly and they gave me a fair price on my trade-in. The purchasing and financing processes all went seamless and I was in and out of the dealer in a little over an hour.

Brian was Excellent to deal with! Very knowledgeable and really works hard to earn your trust. People do business with people they like and trust. Unfortunately, the dealership is over 100 miles away, with Christmas and taking care of 2 elderly parents...I haven’t had the time to get there. If I did, I am certain he’d have my business

I contacted Parkside in the afternoon about a particular car and when I came
by to test drive it that evening I was told it had sold that morning. I assume it
was an honest mixup, but it would have been better to get more accurate
information regardless. Beyond that everyone was helpful and professional.

Courteous & professional on phone & online. Problem is the ad about this car showed lot of false information (no navigation, no sunroof, no leather interior, no V-6 engine, etc.) To me it was classic bait & switch routine. Their excuse was we don't write the ads another company does this for us. What a load of HOOEY! For Pete's sake - Parkside KIA name is on the ad so to me they ARE responsible for the content. I brought SUV to trade & asked for it to be appraised. No response after 3 requests. Third bad experience with these guys. Will not go back again. You should have an option for ZERO stars for these folks.

The salesmen were very nice and friendly. I went to look at one car and bought another. They refused to make a second key for the car or fill the tank, which are the only reasons I can't rate them higher. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience there, but think they dropped the ball a little on some of the details. Also, think their cleanup shop is a little lacking. I drove several vehicles before deciding which one to purchase and all of them were a little dirty compared to most lots. The salesmen were very quick to respond to calls and helped me find the right car. The finance lady was great and very friendly. She even got me a better rate when I went back to sign papers the second day.

Bee, the sale person responded to my inquire very quickly
and the day I met
with him at the dealership I met with Dave Sutton and all of
my questions
were answered and although I did not purchase the vehicle
they followed up
with me and i met with them again two days later and the
vehicle simply did
not meet my needs and they are trying to locate the vehicle I
am looking for .
I hope to do business with this dealership due to the great
people..

I live in Maryville and stopped by Rusty Wallace Kia first. I was only
there for about 15 minutes because once I told the sales guy I wasn't
planning on buying until the end of summer he seemed to lose
interest. I went by Ted Russell next and the salesman spent time
going over the features and even let me test drive even though I told
him it would be a few months. After leaving I went online to research
and noticed that the price on the window of the car I looked at was
higher than what it showed online. He explained the "Market
Adjustment" vs. MSRP and explained that the price online was the
MSRP price. When comparing actual prices there are also rebates
that can be applied to the online price. Not only that, but Ron actually
called me today (almost 2 months later) to see how things were
going and if I was going to be ready to buy soon. I told him I was a
month away but would definitely go see him once I am ready.
