Parks GMC Kernersville

I conferred with a salesperson at Parks GMC by email and phone on several obsessions. The salesperson and I scheduled an appointment for me to come to Parks Buick GMC Kernersville, NC to check out the vehicle. However, the salesperson that I conferred with would not even come out to talk to me about the car. I conferred with another salesperson, and I was told that car was not at the Parks Kernersville Auto dealership, rather it was at Parks GMC Auto dealership in Hendersonville, NC, which is 2- and one-half hours away from where I live. I was misled to believe that the car that I was in the market to purchase was at the Kernersville location. This was in my opinion defiantly trickery to get me on their car lot which was very unprofessional.

Micheal was very helpful sending me video of the car telling me about it kept me updated on everything unfortunately car was sold before I could go up there be really appreciated him letting me know before I drove the hour and a half up there. If another challenger comes up there in my price range I will definitely be contacting him again

Dealership responded to our inquiry instantly. We actually found a better vehicle for us than the one we originally went to test. Everyone was helpful; no one one pushed us to buy anything. They didn't budge on price of the used vehicles, though. They gave us all the time we needed to make our decision.

Slow response to questions about a truck. Not hours but days. Very unprofessional.

Salesperson was friendly, however when I made an initial offer they declined. I made a counter offer with additional money and they would not come down on their price. Instead , they added more to their price which turned me off. I ended up walking away . They were not willing to bargain or make any deals

Set an appt, drove an hour to test drive, car was being sold as I came in. No courtesy call, no heads up, no nothing. Would have been nice to know so I could have saved a trip.

I spent $35,000 a 2013 F150. Shortly after on my way home (1.75 hours from the dealership), I noticed my truck would not go over 70mph, the radio stations were blocked and the display kept saying "MyKey Active". After speaking with the local Ford dealership (where i SHOULD have shopped), I learned my truck was stuck in CHILD mode and the truck SHOULD have had two keys. Also, the truck was not cleaned before I purchased it, I thought while I was doing paperwork they would clean it, WRONG. I had my toddler with me and after 3.5 hours of paperwork, I couldn't wait any longer. To add icing on top, the next day it was raining and my daughter yells from the back seat "dad I'm soaked and his car seat is getting soaked!" Almost immediately the airbag warning light came on, the roof seal was leaking and shorting out the airbag which is DANGEROUS to say the least and leaking into the truck interior! Save your time and shop elsewhere.

This place is a horrible dealership. I had to schedule time off and drive a couple hours to see the car. I had made an appointment to see them on Saturday afternoon and 8:00 a.m. Saturday I received an email everything was good to go and when I got to the dealership they told me the car but already been sold that morning. Now I had been emailing them 2 weeks prior saying it would be two weeks before I could see the car due to work scheduling and that I wanted there best price so I can go ahead and transfer money to my checking account to purchase the vehicle. The dealership told me just come look at the vehicle and make sure it was the one I wanted and they told me that they would make arrangements to hold the vehicle. That's a crappy thing to do someone. That's just so wrong!!!! Oh they gave me a worthless apology a said they were going to work hard to get to find me anothe vehicle like I was looking for. I have not heard one damn thing back from them at all.

Tyla quickly responded but even though they were in a power outage still got me the information I wanted about the truck.

The original lady that was helping me is apparently no longer with this dealership so there was a little confusion in the beginning but Charles stepped up and was very helpful. I will be working with him now.

After a day of negotiation and confirming price s as bd trade in I agreed to buy the car and make the three hour drive to the dealership. Then they sold the car out from under me knowing I was driving 3 hours to their dealership to buy!!!

These people are liars, crooks, and have ZERO ethics. My husband and I were in the process of buying a used car from this place. We asked for a door on the car to be fixed and then we would purchase the car. With purchasing as our intention, we put down a deposit on the car while we waited for the door to be fixed. They called us, not to tell us the door was fixed, but that they had sold the car to someone else. They blamed it on lack of communication, but really they just sold the car to the other poor people for more money. They definitely DO NOT Pride themselves in customer service. If this is how they do business, then I fell very sorry for all of the customers that they blindside to make money. Terrible, terrible business and the worst business ethics of any business I have ever seen. The buyer is not valued at all. They should be ashamed of themselves as a business.

Shannon was very helpful and fair. This dealership really went the extra mile. When I first got my car, they replaced the whole breaks due to an issue. They also filled up my tank and ran it through the car wash. Price was well under market price. Also, they included a nice package that included some good free services. I would definitely buy a car from them again because it's worth it to have someone go the extra mile.
