Advertised the car for certain price... When you get to the dealership you only get that price if you have a trade in or if you finance. Cash buyers it goes up another $2,000 or so. I found that to be very very deceiving. Plus when checking other cars of the same make model this dealership overpriced this one compared to others that were even much newer. Not a good experience. So the advertised price of $9998 is only good if you finance or have a trade in which is unfair to cash buyers

I had an appointment with one gentleman at 11:00 am, when I got there
he was available, so I had to deal with someone else. I could not take the
truck out for a test drive do to the fact that it was not inspected yet. I was
not happy. Then in a typical salesman fashion tried to sale me a truck that
was more money. So I left without buying anything. Would not recommend
this place.

It took about five hours to buy the car, very slow business office, much pressure to buy extended warranty, very
low trade-in value for my vehicle, and I still don't have a title or proper registration for the car I bought, even
after two weeks!

They were considerate. Easy to talk to. Answered all questions easily and honestly.This is a hard time to buy a used car.
The first car I test drove was sold by the time I made my decision to purchase it. Two days, I think. However, I was lucky.
These were loaner cars and they had two others at the same price and milage. I was able to buy the other white one. It
was the same except it did not have a sunroof. The cars were as listed. They are careful to document and prove every
claim. There is a team of specialists there who worked very efficiently. All were courteous, solicitous, of course. They
were very pleasant and informative as we did all the paperwork and there was tons. They had a new computer system
that made the documents easy to read, discuss, and sign. They had the car cleaned and in perfect condition when I
picked it up the next day. I believe them when they say they want a lifelong relationship with their customers. I will bring
my hybrid to them for all servicing.

Ultimately bought a RAV4 locally to Greenville, SC, but Julianne stayed in constant contact with me to let me know they were there for me if I needed them. Not pushy, just friendly check-ins. I would highly recommend this dealer based on their communication.

Service was amazing, I came in on a Saturday evening for the test drive and drove the truck home! Four Seasons also gave me 3k more for my trade in!!! Highly recommended service everyone was super cool and I NEVER say that about a dealership!

Quick response and helpful
Witt was the sales person who helped me and was great! He is very nice
and goes that extra mile to make sure you are happy. Everyone there was
nice and treated me like family and I will recommend them to anyone
needing a car. I did not get the car I originally went to look at, but did buy
a beautiful Ford Taurus. One of my best buying experienced with the
exception of the title work. I moved and the original state I came from has
electronic title work and rather then the dealer getting it, I am having to fill
out forms and get it notarized and mail back to the original state wait for it
to get mailed back to me and then need to get it to them. Considering I
just bought a car from them, it would have been nice for them to get the
title which is what most dealers do.

They were very prompt getting back to me
We had a great experience dealing with Four Seasons Ford. After emailing back and forth over about 3 weeks we drove over 2 hour to dealership and it was worth the drive. Joe, our sales consultant, was great to work with, and we were able to make a deal we thought was fair. Process was very smooth We are really enjoying our 2016 C-Max, fun to drive and great gas mileage.
Agreed to full asking price and gave a deposit
to hold the truck until they completed a clutch
replacement so it could be driven. I learned for
the first time when I called to confirm picking it
up that they also expected an additional $495
"doc" fee. Terribly dishonest practice. I chose
not to buy the truck.

They responded quickly but when we test drove the car, they were dishonest and neglected to tell us about the considerable amount of hail damage. There were also a few spots missing clear coat, which they agreed to fix but they still expected me to fix the hail damage if I bought the car, and they didn't offer to reduce the price either. I still see that they have failed to include the hail damage in their description of the vehicle. I'm sure they're nice people, but they didn't respect me enough to be honest with me about the vehicle.

Hands down the BEST car buying experience of my life! I have been to other dealerships that were so-so, and even one that I would never go to again (or wish upon my worst enemy). They emailed me as soon as they got the message from
CarGuru. I spoke with someone directly about this particular
vehicle. After a couple of calls from me and we had made an
appointment to come drive the vehicle. I am sure that CarGuru
sends the information on which vehicle we are interested in
before they contact us. They called to confirm my appointment
that morning. When I asked for a car fax she said she did not
know which vehicle I was talking about. I emailed her back and
gave her the stock number and vin number. She said they had
sold that vehicle but I was welcome to come over and look at
similar vehicles. She should have known through our
conversations which car it was and if it was still on the lot. At
that point we decided we would not use Four Seasons Ford
and
went to Another dealer and purchased a Vehicle.

They list the same vehicle for sale -----called three weeksago and was told it was just sold----called three days ago and was told the same thing----they are using this vehicle for bait it seems
