Dealer rep tried to increase the agreed upon price several times. This particular rep wasn't very honest... neither was his superior. When I left the dealership then they wanted to agree on the previous price but with other stipulations. I declined the offer and purchased the same vehicle elsewhere with less mileage for 2,000 less.

Spoke with the dealership several times on a vehicle. I had an appointment for 6pm, I had a 2 hour drive to get to the dealership. I called while I was on the way to let them know I was on the way only to be told that vehicle sold. This is after confirming my appointment and talking to a salesman and the scheduler. I did not have a deposit on the vehicle however after explaining the distance and time I had to travel I would have thought the dealership would have been a little more understanding. However I get it, it all goes back to the dealership wanting the first sale they can get. I will not recommend or do business here in the future.

I went to test driver the vechicle and it drove good but tried to put the top down and it stopped half way. So I closed it. And got back to dealership and asked about top and she salesman advised that he had not open top. So told them that will call tomorrow. Before I got home received call from salesman telling me that the dealership won’t be repairing the top. Dealer never disclose top don’t work

This dealer adds on LoJack for 700.00 and the 900.00 doc fee what a ripoff. You can’t buy a vehicle at most dealers without some kinda addendum markup for something that the majority of people don’t want. This should be something that you should have the option to buy not being forced to buy. The salesman I spoke to was ok.

I was interested in a truck, much like any other dealer looking to sell something they were hot and heavy to get me down there initially. I was back and forth with a sales rep when he had mentioned that the truck had a dead inspection and couldn’t be driven. I had requested the truck be inspected bc who wants to just look at something without driving it. They called to confirm I was coming down and I had asked again if the truck had been inspected which it still had not been. Then never heard another word from them. But ended up purchasing a newer truck elsewhere so their loss.

Sales person was nice test drove the car and had a decent price but had 3 accidents that weren't listed. Also wanted me to pay 799.00 for
some remote system THEY installed in the car before they sold it and said it was required. I ended up getting a vehicle somewhere else.

Was able to get pre-approval through car gurus and contacted Parks Chevrolet of Richmond. Sales rep contacted me first thing on a Monday morning. Was able to purchase the 2017 Lincoln
MKZ Reserve AWD through paperwork and handling everything on the phone. With a small down payment was able to get me into the car at a lower a.p.r that was quoted online. The very next
day car was delivered to my front door. Very professional and I highly recommend Parks Chevrolet if you are in the market for a new or used automobile.

Initially told veh was in shop and couldn't be shown. Salesperson said a few days. I called back 3 days later since they didn't call me and was told it was sold. Then, I saw a week later the car was still on Car Gurus. I called, they said it was sold. They were using that ad to switch buyers to something else. The salesperson who answered the phone said, "we sold that one, but there are other cars in that price range I can show you", poor business practices, will not respond to any of their listings in the future.

Great customer service and care. I worked with Madalynand both Chris and Kris and they were such great help. Friendly environment and quick process. Only works about and 1 1/2 total in the dealership and that’s including testing driving, paying, insurance, and driving out.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
Miranda Del Valle is absolutely terrible to communicate with. First, she never staed that they were closing early the day before Thanksgiving, I drove 2+ hours and they had closed 2 hours early. When contacted again, she stated that they work by appointments, set up an appointment on Saturday just to arrive to be told the car was already sold. So another 2 + hour drive for nothing. Thats 8 hour drive time and 400 miles. For someone who has no respect or professional customer service.
THE MANAGER DIDN'T EVEN OFFER COMPENSATION FOR GAS.

Highest fee on top of other fees they tack onto a deal from ANY dealership I have found. Car was advertized $18700. After fees bla bla bla was 21700 BEFORE TAXES. Needless to say I kept looking. 795$ was just one of their fees

The representatives contacted me at 8-9am and did not say good morning, they did not greet me like we were customer seller. It was all very stoic. The person that texted me left me on read for a night after I asked her a question. She then proceeded to contact me early the next morning without a word as to why she left
Like that the night before. I asked her about this and she didn’t even acknowledge what I asked. I did not take my business there because of these things. Dodged a bullet if you ask me. Train your employees to have better customer service because currently it leaves a lot to be desired.

The KBB cash offer for my car is $8500 and they only offered me $700 cash value for it. I
called ahead twice, sent a text and an email to schedule a test drive and they said the
truck would be ready. When I got there the truck was not ready to be driven because they
said it was at "another lot." After that they showed me a sheet that explained the $4,000 of
additional fees they'd be tacking on to the MSRP price of the truck. Horrible experience
and way above the sticker prices they show online after fees.

The salesman was very responsive, the only issue was I bought the vehicle on Monday it took 7 days for me to get they told me they didn’t have enough people to get my vehicle inspected, serviced and inspected I went lays Friday (5 days) after I had purchased it and again it was not ready I finally spoke to the general manager and he told me that it would be ready the following Monday (March the 22 nd around 5:00 omits was able to leave with it at approximately 6:00 pm.

Borderline harassment after I decided that the deal wasn’t the right fit me. The car salesman wouldn’t stop texting me for a day and a half until I finally responded with a quick message. They also dinged my credit 5x instead of just 1x and never let me know about the other 4.

Wanted the car but the interest was way to high, all i asked was maybe drop the monthly price down at least $15 and i could of managed that with my budget, they said it shouldnt be a issue and then never got back in touch with me. With all that is going on these days you would think some would have the decency to help people out just a little so things would be a bit easier, but no its all about the bottom line. So i went somwhere else and got a great car that was within my budget.

Awesome experience with a great staff. Made my car buying experience a breeze. Ask for Reggie. I arrived around closing and they still assisted me and my wife and I went home to sleep on the offer and they called me first thing in the morning to further compromise the deal and work a deal I couldn't turn down. I was excited when I saw the car... the dealer did call the first day and then explained that the car was in transit. Then I got a call several days later with the dealer stating that they kept calling me and could not get in touch with me which was not true. I was waiting for when the car arrived. Not only that but the dealer needs to speak clearly when he leaves messages and have correct information when leaving it. I finally got in contact because he kept calling after I text him back and left a message that I’m no longer interested. I finally spoke to him on the phone and asked him to remove my name from his phone list.

It was obvious that the individual I worked with and purchasing this vehicle was very new to the process. It was very evident I knew more about the vehicle than the sales rep and there were a lot of unanswered questions. It took me 5 hours to strike a deal though it wasn't really the deal I was looking for. The detailers I would have preferred to leave the vehicle as it was because the product that they put on the wheels kicked up and covered the truck with junk making it so that it needed to be cleaned once I got it home. Also the interior detailing was less than adequate. At the end of the day it was a great deal for what it was. The rep kept me waiting for over 20 minutes which is unacceptable. Ultimately it took just over 6 hours before I was able to leave with a new vehicle. Nick was a great guy and I wouldn't want to take anything from him as far as his professionalism.

Spoke with Howard originally. Set up appointment to test drive on Friday at 9am. We live and hour and half away, so I took the first appt available. The night before, a gentleman called me from Parks Chevrolet and confirmed the appt at 9am for the Hyundai Santa Fe. When my husband and I arrived Friday morning, we were 15 min early. We walked in and a salesman asked if we could be helped. I told him why we were there and which person we had talked to. He excused himself and went to speak with someone in an office. When he came back, he said Howard was out of the area on an emergency and that he would help us. He showed us to his cubicle and I gave him my information to look up. He found our appointment and proceeded to tell us the Hyundai was not available, that it was for wholesale. He said it wasn't even there. My husband and I sat in disbelief.Needless to say we left and would not recommend

Contacted the dealership about a used Acura TL. Made an initial offer based on the vehicles mileage and a
recommended dealership price from Kelly Blue Book. The sales representative declined my offer stating
that it was a discount of 75%, no counter offer was ever made from the dealership even after I provided
evidence of fair market pricing. After two days from last email they did not reply to my request for a counter
offer.
Upon further research I discovered that no only do they overprice their cars but they have an obscene
dealership processing fee of $798 dollars.
Always do your research and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, they clearly have no understanding
of customer service or fair value.

Very prompt, but not pushy, honest and friendly! The management treated the sales rep with a little disrespect which made a little uncomfortable.

Overall excellent experience with Royal at the
8200 W. Broad location. Our Sales Consultant
Ronnie Wade was most helpful in getting the car I
wanted. I went in last Saturday to buy the Beetle
but could not pick it up until Tuesday so they
could fix some minor issues. Ronnie kept me up
to date the whole time. Michael Gordon the
Finance Manager made the payment process
easy. I would not only highly recommend this
dealership to friends and family, I would buy my
next car here.
