I asked for the out-the-door price and they gave me the published price, but not the price without all the add ons. They refused to give me the out-the-door price, claiming it was the same as their advertised priced minus the add ons. That ended my trust in them.

Very professional, very thorough.
Quick and persistent contact before sale; arrived to test drive;
price quoted online was different in person; extra fees and
ârequiredâ add-onâs were added to the bill of sale; was told was
going to reduce the overall price, it all that was done was extend
the life of the loan to âreduceâ the monthly payments. Very
disappointed that we were âforcedâ to purchase extra items that
we had no desire to purchase in order to purchase the car we
wanted to purchase.

Very professional & informative
The dealership responded quickly to my initial inquiry but that first night’s response was as good as it got. Subsequent communications w/the salesperson & management did not receive timely response, & there was complete lack of transparency about the actual vehicle price. Without explanation, I was told that the advertised price would not apply to me (a very well-qualified buyer), & then given two different prices for the car ($3,600 variance) based on what financing I chose. Despite several attempts, I was not able to obtain a price for the car independent of dealer financing, which was baffling to me. (Car Buying Basics 101: First you agree upon the price of the car, then you come to terms about how to pay!) Several answers provided by the salesperson about the dealership’s administrative processes were later contradicted by the sales manager, & when I asked for details in writing (including an itemized price for the car), I was ghosted! I’ll be spending my $ at another dealership!

OMG....best ever...everyone was so nice and our salesperson, ED was such a big help. Our experience was seamless and smooth and it
didn't take all day like some dealerships. Love our car we purchased and will be a future customer is in the market for a car again.
With virtual car buying becoming the norm for
me, I came across the team @ Parks Chevrolet from a deal on Car Gurus, that was the best in the entire region.
Between Cindy responding quickly on a Sunday, to Esmeralda coordinating figures and details via text (with no pressure), through Don Apple helping me to both solidify things and finalize the sale, the 5 star experience didn’t end there.
Don was kind enough to take time out of his day to pick me up on a Saturday morning @CLT and help me finalize things on-site at the dealership and pick up my vehicle.
Finance experience with Mark was outstanding and I could not be happier. I absolutely recommend the team at Parks.

Great to work with
All I did was contact this dealership to purchase a vehicle. I got approved for that vehicle above except there was one problem the engine was blown they didn't tell me that it first. It was the absolute experience from hell. The way these people talk to you on the phone something that would never do in person believe that. It's absolutely insane, they care nothing about you who in their right mind would try to sell somebody a vehicle with a blown engine. They never offered me another vehicle they never try to help in any way I had to do all the searching and looking and they gave me absolute hell all the way to Michael Davis the manager from manager from hell. This guy is yelling at me on the phone. Insane thank God I know Jesus it wouldn't have been good for him. I dealt with one person Payton my information was being spread all over the dealership that came out of the mouth of Mark after guy hung up on me the manager did nothing Don he did nothing.
Never ever shop this hellhole.

Could not make it to see the vehicle before it was sold but the sales rep did keep me informed along the way.
Exceptional customer service experience. When I arrived early for my appointment, a salesperson named George helped me find the correct customer parking lot. He also met me at the do and guided me to the receptionist.
Unfortunately, the car I had an appointment to drive was not showroom ready, so I am awaiting for it to be serviced for another test drive.

Bobby is doing all he can to get me into this car, great guy, that Bobby is.
Dishonest people. I make a deposit on the car
and they told me it will considered as a sold to
me. next day, I got a message from the
employee said we can't sell it because you will
export the car. I don't know what the heck they
are talking about. I called NC dmv asking about
my situation and they said no problem at all and
dealership should proceed the purchase. The
dealership let the car sold for someone else
because he will do financing. I do have the cash
and they found financing would be better for
them and they said some lies to ignore me.

The truck posted was not priced correctly. When I got there, I was told a third party had posted $8k less. Since I was there, they wanted to show me something else, but I wasn't interested. After I left, the same truck and price posted again. I called back and said I would take the truck, the salesman said he would look into it and call me back. Over a week later and no return call. This place does a bait and switch.

I talked to someone to see about the truck being available because I live almost an hour and a half away. The person told me that it was, so I headed that way . I asked the person to call me if they could not find the truck. Half way there I received a call say the truck was moved to their Kernersville location the day before. WASTED MY WHOLE DAY .

After my inquiry about a truck i received emails from 5 different people at the dealership which was confusing who i should talk too. I scheduled an appointment 5 days in advance. Scott, the sales manager promised me some pictures that i never received. After having another salesman send the pictures i asked for i told him i would make the 3 hour drive and be there at opening the next morning. When i arrived he told me the truck had sold the night before. I wish someone would have informed me and saved me the drive. Overall terrible experience.

There was a scratch on the side of the vehicle that wasn’t described in the post, car was clean otherwise. Customer service was great until I decided that there was a fee that I felt was too high and I decided I needed to think about it. And I was treated like crap from there on out. Not pleased.

I was gaurenteed that this vehicle would be held for me until my confirmed appointment, and then it was sold prior to my appointment date. Nobody contacted me to let me know this. I would have drove 1-1/2 hours, one way for nothing, had I not called before departing to travel. The salesperson that I dealt with wasn’t even working on our agreed appointment date. I was ready to purchase, big disappointment.

Don and Dale at Parks Chevrolet were stellar. I could not find the vehicle I wanted locally at a
reasonable price, so I took a chance and purchased my 2017 Colorado Zr2 from them site
unseen from the other side of the country. They made it a piece of cake start to finish. Don gave
me all the information I needed quickly and accurately, and Dale set me up with a loan at a much
better interest rate than I was able to find on my own. The truck is exactly what I wanted. It
arrived VERY quickly via an NC car carrier in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to purchase
another vehicle from Parks Chevrolet Huntersville in the future. Thanks guys!!!!

I just gave 4 stars because I have not been to the dealership in person, nor
have I purchased a car. I am still in the market though, and it has just been a
matter of time on my part.

Great experience! Great to deal with. Only problem with the car I bought is at night the dim lights go out. But that wasn't covered under warranty and there was no way way they could have know but great people to deal with

Found a Chevy cruze.online I liked online the listed it for 13,998 when I spoke with someone. The price jumped to 17,000 out the door. When I asked. Oh that price is with one of our discounts.

This is Carlos and I had a wonderful experience getting my vehicle at Parks. First (salesmen) Dominic Tringale was the best I have seen in 20 years as a vehicle salesmen ,professional and patient and very knowledgeable. I would buy a vehicle from them again just to see them and talk to them again. Now the Manager Christina stole my heart ,but I also got to talk to her husband which is also a very nice person and very lucky. Really if anybody leaves negative feed back to Parks Chevrolet, they would need an attitude adjustment and should have stayed home that day and come back the next day and be nice..,, The sales and finance team work together as it should be at any business. (NO LIES)

I contacted the dealer about a particuliar vehice wanting to
purchase. The
sales persons I talked with never did return my calls with the
questions
asked about the vehicle. I did not waste my time to drive
over an hour to get
to this dealership instead went to a dealer in Winston Salem
and purchased an almost identical vehicle the same day.

Very nice dealership. Personnel was very professional. I went to look for a
certain vehicle that I contacted them about in advance. It was at the curb
waiting for my arrival. The salesman was very polite, friendly and
knowledgeable. Based on similar vehicles on the market, the price agreed
upon seemed very reasonable. I recommend this dealership to others and
will consider dealing there again, even though it's over 2 hours away from
home.

BUYER BEWARE! Bought a used car
from them that I found on Car Gurus. Not
even a month later(less than 500 miles)
the car has a fuel leak and needs both
rear air struts replaced! I am well aware
that the car was purchased without a
warranty, but I also believe that the dealer
did not disclose these issues. Now I have
a car that I have not even made one
payment on that needs thousands in
work. I called the dealer and spoke with
Don who was my salesman. He told me
he would talk with the manager and call
me "right back" a week and a half later
no call. I called Don back, and
mysteriously he was not available. Left
another message and still have not heard
back. Lowest level of customer service
ever! I would not send my worst enemy
there to buy a car! I will be contacting
BBB as well as letting as meny people as
possible know about Parks Chevy. Rip
off!

This dealership could be a case
study for how to do it right! I had
a response to my online inquiry
within the hour, an email and a
phone call. We set an
appointment to test drive the
vehicle, which was confirmed the
day before we were scheduled to
arrive. The morning of the
appointment, we were called by
the manager and given the name
of our salesman, Craig Shane.
When we arrived, we were treated
like the most important folks they
had coming in that day, even
though we were there to look at a
rather high mileage, low cost
used vehicle to fit our family. The
process and people made the
buying process easy and positive.
We greatly appreciated the entire
staff, and can safely say we have
found the dealership we will be
working with going forward. Great
job!
