Salesman Moe was the best salesman i have met in over 40 yrs. Smart, professional, Fast !! I will buy from him again. Everyone at the dealership was super nice. Yaz in finance was just as helpful and paperwork took no time at all. I have been telling everyone that asked about my new truck, to go to Parks Chevrolet. Best dealership in our area. I was advised of the vehicles status. I was unable to get to the dealership because of my schedule.
2 weeks ago I called to purchase this vehicle. I was told that the car was sold earlier that day. I was asked if I would like to be notified if another 6 series became available. I said Yes... On wed 1/18/23 i was contacted around 11:30am and informed that the car was still available because the previous deal fell through and was invited to come in for a test drive... I said Yes but I wish you would had informed me sooner and are you sure the car is still available? He said... I think so but let me double check and I'll call you right back... 5 hours passed and "l" called back and was told that the car was sold the day before.... Not Happy !!!
I was pleased with my service until they wouldn’t take no for an answer. They gave me everything I asked for but in the end I just couldn’t make the numbers work for me. Had to deal with phone calls from them for the next two days. Every new car dealer advertises no pressure shopping, but it’s far from it.

The most incompetent dealership I have ever visited. “Fully reconditioned“ to this dealer meant it was acceptable to replace one tire with a completely different name brand and style of tire as the other three. The rims on the car we’re full of curb rash to the point one tire had a chunk of rubber out of the sidewall and they did not feel that needed to be replaced. This car needed brakes and overall needed to be taken to the junkyard and sold as scrap metal but unfortunately, some poor soul purchased this pile of crap

This dealer tried the ole bait and switch. Listed 2019 chev 2500 truck for just over 50k on cargurus and when I called to set up a deal the salesman said the truck I was calling about was actually just over 64k. It’s unfortunate that dealerships are allowed to get away with this type of thing. I would be cautious if you decide to deal with this dealership. I would have given a zero but you can’t go any lower than a 1 star.
Got a reply from them right away but the sales person I worked with INSISTED I MUST put down a deposit from 750 miles away, before we even discussed the vehicle. Even after I explained that I'm very experienced in the vehicle purchase process, and I was in NO HURRY WHATSOEVER, I was reminded AGAIN that I NEEDED to put down a deposit RIGHT AWAY. There is nothing like pressuring someone to turn them away from interest in your vehicle. Communication was great, but I have to believe that's because they thought I would call and make a deposit.

Extremely Unprofessional. I talked to several over 3 people about the car I was interested in. Return calls would skip days in returning them an text messages would go hours or a day. I was a hour an 45 min drive away an needed to talk with someone I couldn’t just drop by. I made a offer there terms & mine... finally came together then they added more charges at signing time, was so unhappy it was a weekend an I only had what was told to me that the price was. Left with no car no apologies from Parks Chevrolet over less than $500. A horrible experience I cried most of my way back home.

Simply not true. The price that was quoted included our Doc Fee and Temp Tag fee. The customer agreed to do their own taxes and tags. When they got to the dealership they said they thought our number included all fees and taxes and tags. Our text thread clearly stated otherwise.

The price advertised didn’t match what they offered. It was also irritating that I had multiple people contacting me so I never knew what to tell the next person. I wasn’t sure if information was shared with each salesman. I would have preferred one person to deal with.

This dealership will deceive you about your vehicle your buying. I was looking at a used 2015 GMC Sierra to maybe purchase. First the truck was dirty, Second the under carriage was all rusted out. They should’ve had it on the lot for sale to begin with it was a safety risk. Be careful when dealing with this company. If you don’t know what to look for in purchasing a vehicle. I advise you to bring someone who does. I will not recommend this dealership to no one.

I was there for 9 hrs first they couldn’t find a one to finance the truck I wanted but when they found out I had a co-signer with great credit she put me in a completely different truck than I wanted. She found the the truck that would give her the best one for her commission. So instead of a full size 2016 dogde Ram 15004x4 crew cab with a tow package which I informed them I was towing a 6’x12’tralier full of tools. I ended up with a 2020 Chevy Colorado with a 4-cylinder engine no a/c and wholes in the muffler. Not happy at all
Old school sales games. I made an inquiry via e-mail to which I did get a response. However it was an email which contained a lengthy flutter from one sales game to another and never once mentioned one thing about the vehicle I wanted and simply ignored the two simple questions I submitted. I responded via email again asking about a specific vehicle...at this point the salesman disappeared. It appears since I would not provide a phone number to receive their annoying calls or come by so they "can show me all their inventory" that they have no interest ...I don't need to see all their inventory, I have done that online and found the vehicle I wanted but they won't actually talk about that vehicle. They would rather play games than just get down to business and sell me the car that I want. My recommendation, take your business to another dealer as I would not trust this dealer. We did not get far enough to see what other games would have been played at the time of sale.

Vehicle was sold before I could get there but the team at Parks was very responsive to my inquiries.
I received several emails from a salesperson and when I called to give the salesman the criteria for the Jeep I am looking for an never heard from him again.

Very rude over the phone when I told them I was buying
elsewhere. Will not consider them in the future or refer anyone to
them for sure. She was extremely unprofessional. I let four other
dealers know that we were buying elsewhere (we had checked
out cars at a few places looking for the best fit), and every other
dealer was polite and asked for my future business. The woman I
talked to from Park literally hung up on me when I told her I had
found a car at another dealer.

Great experience buying the vehicle. Only thing keeping this review from 5 Stars was that one more finance staff member would have been beneficial on the Sunday to make the experience a bit quicker. Lucky for me I watched some shows on my phone while waiting. Also feel that complementary services could use an upgrade but I can't complain about the car price I paid which easily made up for it. Most things were behind a vending machine, water and coffee were free.

The dealer did email me and in turn set up an appointment to see the car. They confirmed it was available. After waiting over an hour I was informed the car had actually been sold earlier in the day but that there were others "more expensive" that I could certainly see. Needless to say I was not pleased.I would not recommend this dealership.

They never called me even asking 3 times " what's the best time to call you". I gave them my number and time but never receive a call. I was calling from Florida and they didnt give me quote as they wanted me to come down there to get it....its a horrible experience but I m happy I got good deal on same car from another dealer. I would not recommend this dealership for those who are from other states than NC.
It's a car dealership... so i don't think my experience is anything unique. Every time I reached out to them, a
new employee would respond. It was a little frustrating.
I set up an appointment to go see a car I inquired about. CarGurus sent me an email that the car sold (Thank
you!). So I asked Park Chevrolet just to double check. If I didn't ask I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have told me
until I showed up. Kind of frustrating but I get they're just trying to sell cars.

Terrible experience. One price advertised and agreed upon with internet sales team; however, after driving two hours to meet them in person, they presented a significantly higher price - extremely deceptive. Management couldn’t care less. They are the reason car dealerships have a bad name. Would also get called, emailed and texted constantly by different people at the dealership.

This place is very disorganized and sales
people don't know what they are doing. I
called and was transfered 4 times and
waited on line for over 10 minutes just to
find out if you had a certain truck which I
had the stock number for. You had the
truck that I was told by another sales
person it was sold. This other sales
person by the name of Diana has no clue
what is going on. I am in the process of
buying another truck from some one else.

Parks online representative was very helpful in scheduling a "VIP"
appointment for Saturday. We had to travel 2 hours to go there. Upon our
arrival, we were greeted by the manager on duty and was advised they
sold the vehicle out from under us...even though the dealership contacted
us via text, email and a phone call to confirm our arrival. The sales person
was embarrassed as well as the internet sales team...but the manager on
duty was totally numb to the situation and advised us "it wasn't meant to
be" ??
we were confused...was this a sign from God ?? is that what the manager
was saying, or did someone know our "VIP" scheduled time and happen to
sell it within minutes of our arrival ???

Very friendly staff. Miss Brown & Mr. Groves have been very helpful so far. They seem to be really interested in earning in my business. Only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is cause my deal isn't done yet. But soon. Lol.
Dealership was great. I called them to see if vehicle was still on lot. They checked and went to physically put hands on. Called back within 15 minutes along with sending more pictures. Worked out price that afternoon and went to get it true next day. I told them I could not be there all day. When I got there I was in and out in an hour.

Went there once for appointment to see truck and it wasn't there. Was told it would be back in 3 days. Called and was told still in body shop for deep scratch. That was over a week ago and still have heard nothing from Park Chevrolet.
