Applied for a car , they ran my credit stop answering my calls to find out they sold the car I wanted !! I told them I will get approved have it washed for me I live 3 hours away wanted to make sure everything was set !! Very rude crazy

Have a $100 to loann to hold this car until I got there. Had to drive 175 mile one way. Got to 30 away and was told the car sold Then they just tried to get me there for any car. When I said I was only interested in the Honda Not cool Wasted trip of 6 hours. Thanks for nothing If I could give zero I would. At least Tony was professional

I did not purchase but was contacted promptly with continued follow ups and answers to my questions
It seemed like L He did not want to sell me this car. I do not know why. I was pushed off to a female salesperson. She was nice enough. But gave no education about the car. I received 0 education on how to run my car. They didn't even run me through the dashboard. Or how the key worked. I am reading the car manual to learn everything about my car. I'm sorry but I did not understand the attitude I received from Larry. I had a good cry after I got home. I felt like I did something wrong. Very poor customer service. My paperwork was just shoved at me, folded and stuffed in an envelope. Nothing was disclosed to me. It's still bothering me. I have purchased 3 cars from Paradise and never been treated like this. I'll never go there again.

This was the easiest car buying experience in my life. I worked with Julius and he was on top of his game. I live out of town so I did everything over the phone and did the online credit application. I even had a trade in and they were able to give me an appraisal over the phone. They had everything sat up for my loan and ready to go and even delivered me the car the next day and then drove mine back to California. Nancy delivered my vehicle and she was very nice. She had all of my paperwork ready to go and I was able to test drive the vehicle and inspect it before signing. I was left with my sales receipt and all of my other paperwork was overnight ship to me the next day. This is the way car buying should be and on top of it, the car I bought was in the best condition and was truly what they said it was. I highly recommend this dealership!

Great deal with Alonso, and just as importtant - the
“financing/documentation time” was the fastest in all my car buying
experiences- i was out in less than an hour and a half.
