We were very happy with our experience buying a used Model Y from Paradise Chevrolet.
Christian & Eddie were very helpful getting everything taken care and they went above and beyond what I expected when purchasing from a dealership.
I was planning to drive ~2 hours to look at & purchase the car and Eddie was nice enough to drive the car all the way to me on a weeknight to sign the paperwork and hand over the car/keys.
I was not expecting such a simple, straightforward purchase from talking over the phone to having the car in my driveway the same day, and would gladly give them my business again in the future.
I received excelente service and they gave me a great deal. Thank you for a great experience. I am super happy with my new car.

They had the wrong pictures listed for the car. And I test drove the car, it was really dirty on the inside which was a bit off putting.

When I called them and talk to them about this car I told them the picture advertises a blue Chevy Malibu with a yellow bow tie but when you look at the rest of the pictures the car that they show on the inside has a black bow tie. When I told them this I asked him to show me the inside of that car and they sent me a video of a 2017 so the car they have on this site it's not available

I text with their internet sales. I received info on the truck, but unfortunately the truck didn't make it to the lot and
they stated the truck wouldn't be available.

Amazing customer service. Everyone was extremely polite and pleasant. Very helpful. Did end up buying the car. My only issue is when I called and asked about the car they never once told me it had been already sold. They buyer had the car and something fell through so he brought it back. The car was listed on multiple sites with only 9 miles on it. As my girlfriend was getting the cashiers check they choose to finally tell me this. ( this in no means is the sales persons fault. They lady on the phone should have informed of this when I told her I was driving 3 hours from LA. The car had scratches on it and damage to the front splitter.

Although the people who work here are really nice, I only give one star to the dealer. I live about an hour away from the dealership and have 4 young children. I had previously called the dealership and told them exactly what I was looking to pay for the vehicle... which was not an unreasonable amount. Long story short, the would not budge on their overpriced vehicle after they had said they would be willing to work with the numbers I was throwing at them. Waste of time, waste of gas!

Dave Grout got back to me almost immediately and told me the car was still
available. I told him I was planning on taking off work and heading down the
next day. He called me back a couple of hours later to say that the car had
sold and not to come down. I appreciated that. He has left messages to let
me know he's still available to help me find a car. Even though I didn't get the
car it was a good, non-pressured experience.

I sent them two emails asking a couple specific question about the car I was interested in. All I received back was the same intro form letter stating there name, address, business hours and to call them. So, I bought from another dealer I found on CarGurus that answered my questions and got the same car for less.

I had an appointment set up tomorrow and o was about to drive 2 hours but too go see a van that was sold already and I'm 9 weeks pregnant and money is everything so wasting my gas and my time would t have been good for me nor for the dealership because they would have gotten some words from my mouth !!! Just common courtesy !! If your a good dealer you would tell the person not the day of I hate this dealer ship now !! Never will have my business
