Don’t let you test drive the car until you “do the numbers.” Never experienced a dealership as such. Overall very cold experience. Went to another dealership right after and it was like night and day. Bad vibes

I went to see this truck based on the pics & description. Upon arrival I immediately noticed large spots of paint missing on the roof conveniently left off the ad. Also shoddy paint work all over including masking tape still on the bumpers from repaint as well as rust stains starting to show through the paint. The salesman wouldn't even get the keys to show me the car without me coming inside to fill out paperwork & show I'd. I've been to many lots & have never been treated like this. Also I assumed this being a high end dealership they wouldn't have junk on the lot. Later after I left I red the yelp reviews & am so glad I didn't make the mistake of purchasing this truck from this particular dealer. I don't understand how they stay open.

I called and asked how much time do you get with purchasing a car online because I was going to put down 25,000 and I wanted to make sure I wasn't getting a problem car he said he had to check and see because he never had that problem and he would call me back but the sale person never did.

They advertise cars they don’t have in stock just to make you go. Even when you confirm by phone the car is in stock. Once you are there they try to sell you another different car. Cheap trick you don’t expect from Alfa Romeo. This car is long gone and if you call they will tell you is there. I’ll give a 0 if it was possible.

Like many other reviews, when I got to the dealership the cash price for the car was $3000+ over the list price not including outrageous dealer fees, was told the only way to get the promotional price is with a 14% interest rate. I have excellent credit. Waste of my time.

First off, extremely bad experience with this dealership. Price listed on the cargurus ad was jacked up 2000.00 when they found out I wanted to pay cash. I told them I was titling car out of state and they figured taxes 1500.00 above actual. Plus they have over 2000.00 in dealer administration fees. Nowhere on the ad on Cargurus does it say they charge more for a cash transaction. Classic bait and switch!!! Stay away, stay far away.

Ok salesperson responded. I thought for a used car the price was to high and you were very limited on great leasing terms. So the car had to be bought not leased. AMG is a better car to lease then buy I think.

This dealer missed out on a guarantee sale! First, they wanted me to put a deposit down on the car. Second, the salesperson became overbearing. She called continuously while I was working. Then they tried to charge me $2,000 more on the “Vehicle Purchase Price” and added other fees that did not necessarily apply to my state. When I mentioned this to the salesperson and asked for the numbers to be corrected, I was presented with the same buyers agreement but in a different print. Afterwards, the salesperson went and updated the online inventory while we were on the phone to match the $2,000 increase. I had taken several screenshots of the website before the increase. I called the salesperson out on their deviousness and she became upset. I asked to speak to the manager. Then I was told to “take it or leave it” and I politely left the deal. All they had to do was rerun the numbers for the state I was in and the deal was done. They are greedy and untrustworthy people.

I would rank this experience as a 0. I went to the dealership to test drive the vehicle and was not allowed to. The sales associates was professional and nice however, when I arrived at the scheduled time for a test drive, I was only allowed to look at the car and was told that we would have to go over some paper work first. As it turned out, I was required to tell them how much I was willing to pay for the vehicle, how much I was putting down, submit to a credit check and give them the down payment. I explained that I was putting down over 30% but I did not bring my check book with me. I was asked to go home (I live a distance away) and bring a check back for $20,000. All this before I could test drive the car. I basically had to buy the car before I could test drive it. They did let me sit in the car before letting me know all that I would have to agree to before being allowed to test drive

Spoke with Justin Montoya two times. Both times when I tried to inquire about the vehicle price it was not what was advertised on Car Gurus. It was come down to the dealership and play price games for the next 2 hours and I don't buy cars like that. In fact, not many people do. Palmetto Alfa Romeo-Fiat won't be getting any business from me. I expect them to be out of business soon with the snake oil they are trying to sell.

They responded, however had already sold the car, maintained it published. They told me they still had it. When I arrived despite sales person telling me they were not going to lunch to wait. As I arrived, they said it sold a minute prior to my arrival, they wanted to try to sell me another car, and more expensive, different model.

Good morning Sorry but will never buy any car from fiat of North Miami your sales manager Doesn’t know how to treat a customer or try to at lease help me as a customer your sales manager try to low ball me on my trade my car was nicer than the car I was try to get from dealer he was trying to rip me off by selling me a car that need a lot of work for more money than what the car is worths and looks like the car you have has been seating in the lot for a while

After finding out they did have the car I was looking at I set up a time to see it. The car was advertised to have a clean car fax with a buy back. After driving the car and liking it i asked for the car fax. It was then that I found out the title was branded flood damage.( dealer knew this). This was a big disappointment and wasted 1/2 of my day! Won't go back.

Terrible experience. The sales man/woman said the vehicle is available but someone is negotiating the price for it ( whatever that means) and that I should rush financing it to get it before the " other customer" When asked about the online price of 33,995 I have been told that's cash sale price and finance price is actually 36,995. Who buys cash a 5 year old car????? I will stay away
