I called to speak with a sales person that messaged me the day before. Who ever answered the phone told me that sales person just stepped out of the office to park a car. I left my name & number & they told me he will call me back. I never received a call. I cd called again the next day to schedule a test drive for 3:30pm the next day. I drove 1 hour out of my way after work to test drive the truck. When I got there they told me the truck was across the street getting worked on & not available to test drive.

Went go test drive the vehicle, because it was the only listing in my area. Young sales girl helped me with test drive, but when I appeared interested in the vehicle, she brought in another sales (Man) and he was not at all helpful.. When I told the salesman that The Vehicle was over priced, he started to get pushy and told me I wasn't ready to buy a car.. He was rude and a bit obnoxious..So I left.

Friendly staff. Salesman was good at his job. Manager who approved the
sale never appeared in person. An undiscovered (and undisclosed) problem
a few days after purchase with the car's hatchback,( it wouldn't stay open),
was not fixed by the dealer - claiming that they had made little money on the
sale. I had been assured that everything on the car was in working order
when I bought the car.

Despite asking multiple times by email, they wouldn't share the price of the vehicle unless I came into the dealership and then bombarded me with pointless emails.

sent me three emails trying to sell me a car, before they
answered my replies about the car they no longer had. they had
wholesaled the vehicle and advertised through you at same time.

When I arrived for my appointment to see the car, it had not even been detailed and was a
dusty dirty disaster. Also, the person I had been communicating with wasn't even there. Despite
this, I was willing to purchase the car. The sales person helping me went to print out the service
history which I was already aware of and I knew the car had been involved in a collision. But the
CarGuru price reflected this and I thought it was fair enough. But when the gal came back with
the report, the price was $3000 higher than the price I had been sent! She explained that they
had to price the cars according to the market. There was no negotiating at all.
Lucky for me, I found what I was looking for at another dealer and paid a fair price.
I would never consider buying a vehicle from this dealer.

Contacted the dealer, they said the car
only had 3000 miles and it was still
covered under factory 10 year warranty,
so I made an appointment. Got there on
time to see the vehicle and the vehicle
was not there, they used the car to run
an arran. The car finally arrived 2 hours
later and it had almost 9000 miles, and
the car warranty was cut in half to 5
years. It was nothing but lies since the
beginning. Will not give them my
business.
