The dealer never responded on time and when they finally did was to informed me that the Lincoln Continental Black Label 2019 was sold over a week ago, still the vehicle stills shows all aver CarGurus as available. Seems to me like false advertising, trying to catch you and sell you another type/brand of vehicle. Very dissatisfied.

Buying a vehicle, sight unseen and over 600 miles away, creates doubt in the buying process.
Giovy was the contact from the very beginning and during the entire process. He was absolutely outstanding in every possible way. Never have I bought a vehicle online with such ease and confidence.
The delivery was almost a next day shipping and delivery. The title arrived in the same expedient manner.
I probably will not have the option of buying another vehicle, but if I do I will contact Palm Auto Florida for that vehicle.

Great company and would buy from them again!
Overall, a great experience! car arrived quickly and as described. They really put your mind at ease buying a car site, unseen, whether it’s going to take additional videos or getting underneath it to show you that there is not any rust in there.If I was needing to buy another car this way,I would definitely do business with them again.
