Pacifico Auto Group has been selling and servicing automobiles in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas since 1920. We started with a little shop at 11th and Catherine in South Philadelphia. In 1970, Mr. Kerry T. Pacifico Sr. and his brother Joseph R. Pacifico Jr. were among the founding fathers of the Philadelphia Airport Auto Mall, one of the first in the nation. Since that time a member of the Pacifico family has always been at our dealership on a daily basis.

Drove 3 hrs round trip to be told at that point I can’t test drive it because they don’t have the title. Mind you they had the car for 18 days at this point. Then they tell me once they “figure” out what’s going on with the bank for the title they will call me. Received a phone call a week later telling me they were still waiting on the title then 3 days later it’s sold. Zero stars

Responded Quickly and helpful.
Spoke on the phone and arranged for a visit to look at the car.
The internet folks said they would have the car pulled out and ready for us to look at when we arrived.
Instead it was buried behind multiple cars, they couldn't find the keys and there was someones nasty old hair brush on the front seat along with other personal debris.
The experience motivated us to go look at a new model which we subsequently purchased two days later at another Mazda dealer.
I would never by a car from this dealer!

Although the agent we had was extremely helpful in trying to keep us in budget, they definitely pulled a bait and switch. We went in to look at one specific vehicle after driving 30 minutes from Delaware to get there. First we were told someone was test driving right then, five minutes later it had been sold 30 minutes before we arrived, and then it had actually been sold that morning, they were just waiting on financing. If this was true, why didn't the agent tell us this when they called to confirm our appointment? Seemed like they were just setting us up to look at more expensive vehicles. Huge waste of time. Beware.

bait and switch, they still have the car i went to see online! was not there! And I know of atleast one more that was not there either.
