About Us
Pacifico Auto Group has been selling and servicing automobiles in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas since 1920. We started with a little shop at 11th and Catherine in South Philadelphia. In 1970, our current President Mr. Kerry T. Pacifico Sr. and his brother Joseph R. Pacifico Jr. were among the founding fathers of the Philadelphia Airport Auto Mall, one of the first in the nation. Since that time a member of the Pacifico family has always been at our dealership on a daily basis.

Had a great experience to start with Maritza from internet sales. Easy communication via text/email. I
really liked a truck so I gave a $500 credit card deposit to put a hold on the truck(weds 7/12/23) I received
an email this morning (7/13/23) at 9:28 AM titled "VEHICLE ON HOLD!". We exchanged texts throughout
the day confirming my appointment to come in at 630 PM. 5:55 Maritza text me "please send a text so i let
the manager know you're here" I left my home on a 45 minute trip to pacifico ford. Get there on time, to be
greeted by no one. Maritza disappears, no responses to phone calls or texts. Finally talk to someone to
find out the truck was SOLD. Now I'm thinking there is a mix up. Maybe they think its sold because I put a
deposit down? Nope. Turns out they didn't run my credit card to put a hold on the truck -- even though I got
a email this morning 9:28 am titled "vehicle on hold!" To wrap up, DO NOT believe they have held the car
for you. Don't waste your time shopping here!

The salesman was great, the manager, not so much. His attitude made me not want to even consider doing bussiness with this place. The truck was sub par, one of the most beat up trucks ive seen with 40,000 miles on it. I own a 2015 woth 140k and yeah it has some flaws, a check engine light on which is a simple key reprogram, and a cracked windsheild, and personally id rather be in my "completely damaged" (as the manager put it) 15 f150, than this one. Its a real shame. The headliner was stained and hanging out of the molding by the driver side door which i fixed as soon as i saw it, the air bag cover thats in the b pillar by the headliner was not snapped in properly which i too fixed by snapping it back into place, the interior had alot of scars, the body had alot of little dents and deep scratches and seemed to have a decent amount of rust by the rear shackles on the undercarriage. All i kept hear was how this truck was priced to sell. Very rude and arrogant sales manager.

Tried to lie to me telling me I wasn't financed for the car I wanted (Same car they couldn't find) and tried to get me in the only version they had on site. Two days later I found the exact car and got financed. Funny how that works.

They contacted me quickly, I was not able to set appointment that week b/c of travel. Unfortunately when I was able to go n see it : I received a notice from car guru that it was no longer available

The dealer reached out quickly, and they were very helpful and professional. I would have have happily bought my truck from them but I found another deal closer to home.

I did mostly on line they were helpful. Everyone was a big help and I was out in a hour . I never want to buy a car because it usually a terrible experience but they were great! I would definitely buy again with them

They were very helpful. Unfortunately, I went another direction.
the Car was what I call a Monet. It was pretty far away but as you got closer it’s paint was all cracked. And the AC did work very well. And it was missing the front grill.
And if the car was better the dealership was not. I was buying the car. And I was spending my money on it. But the seller only shook my husbands hand and only spoke to him. I didn’t even get the guys name. Dealership must stop little lady the wife.

Very accommodating to our needs. Willing to satisfy our concerns with prompt action. Earl Hill was a pleasure to work with.
Not a place I would do business with.
Sales manager was deceptive and wasted my time.
He said the van had a dent, not 10?
They let me take it home to get estimates and the lowest was $2000. and the highest was $7600 and I went to 6 didfferant bodyshops.
I wasted 1 hr trip of my time plus cab fees and I had to pay cab fairs to get home.
The sales rep was very polite and did his best to get the sale.
However the Sale Manager is not professional, and not an honest person .
The van was advertised with 45k and when I got there it was 49k miles.
Again, deceptive.
Stay away from this place.

Sales Manager, Chad, was terrific and made this a great experience. Mike was our salesman and he did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Highly recommend this dealership. Have bought cars for over 50 years and Chad is the best.

Excellent & very professional. We came to terms quickly without any
fluff. I was shopping for a replacement for my car which was totaled in
an accident. Pacifico was extremely helpful with the transition into
another vehicle, which involved returning of my loaner car from another
state, waiting for transfer of my insurance claim funds, including titling
and registration across state lines. My salesman, Dan Staley, was
informative, helpful, with no sales pressure in the least. Great
experience ! Highly recommend.

Wasted our time. Could not get facts straight about the car we were looking at. Mileage was wrong and showed up on car facts and the one guy got mad because we were questioning it. Seriously, the mileage is a big deal.
