I am not sure where I begin. Julian went above an beyond helping us buy our van. Even gave us a two hour ride to pick it up. Negotiating a price with Julian and Jason was easy, stress free and somehow even that part of the experience was an absolute pleasure! I felt like I was dealing with family and not in the corny way other businesses claim. We were treated with respect and transparency the whole way thru. We visited so many dealerships around Northern California and this was the only one with warmth and decency. From the moment we stepped foot on the lot it was obvious we were dealing with genuinely good human beings. If only everyone in the world was so kind, it would be the happiest place. Other dealerships should realize that being genuine will get you a deal just as easily as being a slimeball will....but the difference is noone will return to the slimy dealerships and there sure won't spread a good word about you. Keep doing business the right way guys!

Jason and team were wonderful! Every step of the process was easy and straightforward.
No shady sales here. Cars on the lot were all clean and in good shape. We ended up

When you called, I was out of town, and I explained I won't be able to show you the vehicles until I get back Saturday that week, I asked what day you would like to come see it, you asked what time we close and I said we don't have a set hours, all test drive by appointment only, what time you would like to come, then you proceed to ask me again what time we close, and I repeated what I said, we don't have a set hours, then I added, please call me the day before or just before you come in, your response was ok, I will call, then that was it. I assume you understand and will call

Hands down this was the BEST car experience. Julian worked within my
budget, explained to me about the mechanics of the car, and wrapped it up
all under an hour. He provided the car's history, transferred title to the DMV
and even gave me a bonus AUX output for my iPhone. He was extremely
professional, flexible and likable. I would recommend him everyone that
wants a great experience.
