The sale person Yunick was very helpful and patient with me. However, it was heartbreaking to know while Im planning on coming in and completed the finance part, the car was already sold. you ran my credit for a car that wasnt even available. I also saw the reviews before hand and was hoping it was not accurate but sadly i must agree with the people reviews.

Amazing experience with Gabriel and Mike at Prominence motors! Love the car. Buying it was the easiest “car buying” experience I’ve ever had, and I’m a car enthusiast. Super helpful, fast and followed up with me multiple times since buying. Would absolutely recommend.

Horrendous experience, I did end up buying a vehicle from these people and it was a huge mistake. They lied about the condition of the vehicle, it had missing parts, damage and they have been ignoring the situation for weeks now.

DO NOT BUY a Tesla from this dealership!!! I purchase a 2021 Tesla Model 3 offline from them, I live in Tampa,FL they are located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, they were very nice in the beginning over the phone and got me approved. They tell me the car is in perfect condition , low mileage, rims and tires, and interior are in good shape . All LIES!!!!! Nelson the store manager lied to me the whole sale just to get me to sign paperwork , they offer me false promises like getting the car deliver and when and fact they kept pushing the days back I gave them 9 days and finally decided to fly down there to get my car on my own money and drive back . They finally give me the car right at the end of business day and pitch black outside so I couldn’t check it out before I left . The car was on 11 percent charge . I get to the supercharge and start to look at the car and all these messages pop on the screen . Also driver side window does not roll up all the way
