Very helpful and professional
The dealership responded within a couple of hours. They provides me
plenty of information and a video of the vehicle. Unfortunately it sold
before I could plan a trip to SoCal.
The sales associate was very professional and provided me viable options
to purchase the vehicle. But I really wanted to test drive it before

They got back to me within 24 hours, and I’ve sent periodic emails.
Not trustworthy dealer. They have a white 2012 LR4 HSE Lux with HD package on sale for 29k. If you check the Carfax, the vehicle has failed emissions test at least twice and the car has been on their lot for over a year. When asked whats wrong with it, they gave cryptic response and then stated that it just needed catalytic converter cleaned. I have never heard of any way to "clean" a catalytic converter. Likely the real problem is the cat needs to be replaced but they don't want to spend the money or discount the sales price. Don't trust them. Not reputable in my opinion.
Dealer responded promptly, and also provided a video of the vehicle. I told the dealership I wasn't interested after seeing the video. The dealership kept emailing me asking if I wanted the vehicle. Annoying.

Kifah was great to work with. The car was great, just didn't suit my needs.
Fantastic buying experience, definitely a 10 +. We purchased a Panamera GTS and we got
everything we expected. Tremendous value, full disclosure of the vehicle, honest and low
pressure negotiations and great follow through on their commitment to deliver an exceptional
customer service. Thank you Friedel and Johnny ! You both represent your industry with the
highest level of integrity.
We were trying to complete an out of state sale and Friedel went above and beyond with a video, providers third party options for inspection services to be done remotely, and offered shipping options. With the tightening of travel restrictions I has to cancel my plans to fly down to view and that basically put this on hold. Ironically a car with all of our check list items became available in our area and we moved forward with that purchase. Most definitely would do business with them if the situation hadn’t changed.

I had a great experience buying a used Porsche Panamera at OC Autohaus. They really went above and beyond. Friedel was super helpful. I
wanted to inspect the car at an authorized dealership 20 miles away and there was no hesitation and Friedel came with me to the dealership
where we waited over 3 hours to get the inspection complete. Back at OC Authhaus the whole process of buying the car was easy and
honest with a minimum time spent at the dealership. Just before I left Friedel drove to put in some more gas for my way home. Overall this
was a really great experience, I recommend OC Authhaus to anyone looking to purchase a high end vehicle.

Still in negotiations but OC Autohaus has been responsive and helpful thus far.
I came to OC Autohause to check out a beautiful E400 trying not to get my hopes up in terms of financing. When I arrived I met Kifah and showed me the car. He was nice and funny everything and talked about the importance of family. Anyways he made my dream car a reality.

Sam is the person I worked with for a deal and he is outstanding. His understanding of the market led to an offer for the car I needed to sell which was fair and allowed us to pursue alternative means to finance his auto. Kifah was great. very quick turn around and clean deal. definitely a dealer to
be dealt with. my next purchase will go through them. They will get you a car
you want even if they do not have it in stock.
They had the car I was researching, but in a color I was not interested in.
They allowed me to test drive the car even though I told them I would not be
purchasing it but was just doing research.
I ended up buying the same model from a dealer out of state, but the
opportunity to drive the car here first was very much appreciated.

I posted a that they didn't get back to me but the fact is I missed the call.
Kifah contacted me again and is working with us to get the car of our
dreams. Kifah is being very supportive and honest on how to purchase
a car from out of state. We were very scared to buy out of state but Kifah
told us we could have the car inspected before we travel to see it. At a low cost we are having it inspected. Kifah is working hard to make this a stress free. Thanks Kifah!

Very professional.
Dealer’s listing on CarGurus stated vehicle had zero
accidents, when in fact the CarFax report indicated
there had been one accident (report emailed to me by
dealer on 1-17-18 at 9:58am). I phoned the dealer on
the same day at 10:02am about the accident and asked
what type of accident it was. The dealer’s representative
said he didn’t know and also told me that in fact two
accidents were showing up on the vehicle and that he
did not know why. Although he acknowledged the
discrepancy, he didn’t offer to look into it, and didn’t
seem concerned or interested in my business. (Update:
the dealer is now saying my review does not appear
legitimate - I have proof of the email and phone call.)

After financing approval, Email said to respond and make appointment to view hold car. I did, even received a reply. Car was sold the night before, I was notified by email late night. After that I requested infor.ation names of lenders who approved me, I received two names, no more in the email, no information. Very disappointing.

I called OC Autohaus and Kifah was very helpful. When I arrived there the car was ready to test out. The description was very accurate and everyone there was vewry kind. No hard sales people. I got a pre approval from my credit union and Kifah was able to pull it up on his system. This saved me at least two hours and after Kifha worked with me on the price a little, I was out of there with my new car in about an hour. I highly recommend this company. they did a terrific job.

Made an appointment to see the vehicle it was not there. Went back and it still wasn't there. 3rd time I call an hour ahead just to make sure vehicle was clean and ready to see, sure enough it still wasn't there @ the dealership. So the salesman and I drove to the car lot and the vehicle wasn't even detail had so much dirt from sitting outside that it was impossible to check out the condition. He said he would detail it if I wanted to come back for the 4th time. No thanks complete waste of time...

Be careful when working with OC Autohaus.. I thought about buying a
2015 MBZ SLK. Decided I had too much negative in my car for trade to
be effective... I did let them run a credit report and Kifah told me it would
be run by their group. Now I find out that I have 8+ credit inquires on my
credit report and they will affect my future credit score till 5/2019. I WAS
NOT TOLD they were going to submit to all these lenders.. I've asked for
OC Autohaus to help get excessive hard inquires removed but as of this
date no help.
THEY DO NOT HAVE A QUALIFIED FINANCE DEPARTMENT WHO KNOW
WHERE TO PLACE LOANS BUT BROADCAST THEM TO A LIST OF
LENDERS AND WHAT A REPLY?
Here is their reply "We must also say that in our overzealous efforts to
chase the lowest rates for you, we should have been more selective in our
submissions of your credit application to lenders."
Do yourself a favor and ask lots of questions about financing before

Sincerely, the dealer contacted me once. Since that day forward, I had to
reach out to them on every single occasion. I felt there was a lack of
organization to get the deal done. In the end, I actually just gave up and went

Sales person who answered the phone
told me that I "would not find a cleaner
SLK anywhere in the country". I had to
drive over an hour each way to find out
that he was a liar. The car has dings on
both doors that would need bodywork
(and paint) to repair. The front fascia on
the car is split and needs replacement,
and it appeared that the previous owner
used a can of spray paint to paint the
brake calipers red. The car was poorly
represented in the ad, and blatantly lied
about when I called. Typical used car
dealership tactics. When I told the
salesman that I was shopping for this car
for my mother and that "I've seen cleaner
examples of the same car in person" he
told me "if she wants a perfect car tell her
to cough up 60 grand and buy a new
one".

We traveled from San Diego to O.C Autohaus in hope of purchasing a newer car for my wife. From the minute we arrived we were greeted by Mr. Khodr and his team of very professional personnel. He immediately made us feel at ease as he explained his no pressure motto as he showed us around his dealership. While looking at cars and discussing our options we only talked to a salesperson when we had a question or ask for help. I was surprisingly impressed that we were always recognized but never bothered or pressured by the sales team. The comfortable atmosphere and friendly team was the deciding factor in our decision to purchase a car from O.C. Autohaus. His selection is outstanding and his cars are immaculate while the prices are very reasonable. We will recommend O.C Autohaus to all our friends and family with confidence and return when it’s time to purchase another vehicle. I had the pleasure to deal with Mike. Mike was very professional
from beginning to and he was never forcing us or no pressure
whatsoever. The owner keefah was also there and he seems like a
very cool guy. I actually saw a silver GL 450 but decided to get the
black GL that was just dropped of that hour from delivery. He was
kind enough to show it to us right away. The car was not ready and
he told me to come back in three days. Afterwards and three days
he detailed to change oil and it pretty much did everything. We test
drove it and it was running so smooth. I've never felt any kind of
pressure with Mike and I would give them more than a five star.
Even the owner was great. I will recommend this to anyone. Thank u

Over promised and under delivered. Several times called to follow up and was blown off. Unfortunate because I'll never go back and won't refer anyone their direction. Honesty is all that was expected but never given. To many of the dealers act one way to begin a relationship only to get your application run and build a pipeline. Spraying and preying. Shyster are what they are with no one's interest in mind but their own!

I was told by dealer/manager "Tim" that the price of the 2000 Bentley Arnage I purchased from them 29 Sept 2012 was non negotiable, as the car had been checked out by their mechanic & was in excellent condition. Within 2 weeks of owning the car, I was informing the dealer of various problems that had developed with the car. They said they would re-check a couple of minor adjustment issues but refused to pay for major repairs like the leaking power steering pump, falty radio antenea, various mal functioning eletrical parts including locks, bubble on tire, squeaking brakes. I would not buy from them again.
