Purchased a vehicle from this dealer. Overall, it was a good experience; however, follow through on some post purchase issues has been lacking. Left several messages and texts with no response. I'll keep trying. Nice enough crew, quick process, laid back approach. Maybe too laid back if they don't follow through.
Answered my questions and asked
what price I was looking for I gave
them an example of a similar trick
that sold for a cheaper price and I
have heard nothing.

This dealer sold us a car that had a smoking engine by the time we got it home. Ends up the mechanic A1 used did a bad job and we are having to fix everything A1 assured us was already done. $2000 on top of price of car. This dealer not to be trusted!!
We dealt with Chris (Farhem) the owner. Chris was honest and fair with us.
Since we were coming from the Seattle area down to Gladstone, he walked
through the car with us in detail over the phone, sent additional pictures, etc.
He was open and honest. Our face to face interaction with him was great.
There were a couple of things that we discovered on the car that Chris was
genuinely unaware of and he adjusted the price of the car for us. It's good to
find someone you can trust and is fair - we heartily recommend Chris.

I do not trust car dealerships. Too many lies and sales pitches. This place rebuilt my trust, to a certain degree. I was treated with respect. They worked real hard to help me. They pointed out issues on car before I even looked at it. They went over Carfax with me right off. I have already recommended to others that are looking for cars.

Sales person we talked with was not there when we dropped in. Vehicle had a nail in the tire. Dealership stated they'd fix it the next day. We have not as yet been back. Replacment salesman seemed fine.

Never deal with this dealership, worked all week ,had loan ready for week, they never responded to even the loan officer, sold the car, after promising for a week to fax P/O to bank, they never did.I called Monday to ask why, they told me car was sold over the weekend..Sold it after I talked to salesman the day before. will be informing BBB. I worked all week setting this up, took time off work, for nothing,will not even look on there site again

Called twice about this car. It is bait and switch. Have song
and dance for two weeks . First just being sold come and see
some thing else. One week later. Car still advertised. Called
and said a lot of problems with the cars only sell to mechanic.
Baloney. Probably no car.
