Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership… because of my schedule I tried to do most of it over the telephone so when I got there, I could test drive the car and then possibly sign the papers. When I got there, the salesman laughed and told me I’m sorry but the car you came for isn’t available but here’s this one instead a car with over 250,000 miles not at all what I was looking for I felt as though they knew the whole time what I wanted they never had why they were advertising that car. I don’t know because the transmission was going out on that car so it wasn’t able to sell. I don’t recommend that dealership the manager or Oscar the sales person to anyone.

I found the perfect car for me on CarGurus at Oxnard Mazda which is out of state for me. Nevertheless I reached out, and working with this dealership was fantastic. I always felt confident reaching out to my salesperson and finance contacts at Oxnard with my numerous questions. The vehicle arrived at my house last night, I couldn't be more thrilled.
