Didn’t mar a purchase but staff was friendly and helpful.
They will bug you and bug you they try and sale damage cars and won’t tell you, and are very pushy and rude when you try and leave the worst dealership in Fresno all they have going for theme is there options. I had multiple people call me from different phone numbers when I tell theme I’m not interested they continue to be rude and ask why I’m not and make me seem like I’m stupid and don’t know what I’m looking for or at don’t go

Called dealer inquiring about this car. Dealer website also has no pics or price. Asked for price and was told $15,900. Was asked for my cel number so they could send me pics. Instead a salesman called to ask when I wanted to come see car. I told him I didn’t, since I haven’t see what the car looked like and I asked why it’s listed on Car Gurus for $14,782 and they’re quoting me a higher price and was told it’s an error. Wouldn’t honor lower price, even though I’ve found on other sites as well. Not getting my business.
We don't like aggressive sales people. We received 3 texts from 3 different sales people at this dealership to set up an appointment, even after we had already called. We unsubscribed from the texts and within an hour another of their sales people contacted us to schedule. I was very clear with them about our distaste for their approach. We still visited the lot, which was a decent experience, but after the aggravation of all the contacts, the original sales person put us in the hands of a different employee (this could have been for many reasons). For us, it just added to the frustration. We looked at the car and left.

The experience was ok the truck was way over priced and the would not deal but they were very nice .

Warning, Scam!
This dealer utilized car gurus to run a scam, they list an attractive price online, but they will not accept the price when you arrive. They use this to get you in the door, and even to begin the negotiation.
*The prices listed are not real*
The salesman eventually resorted to telling me that the list price was a cash only price, not realizing that I was prepared to pay cash, he refused to take the list price in case and only offered to take a few thousand more than the listed price.
Furthermore, they list their BBB rating as A+ and it *is not* PLEASE READ REVIEWS on the BBB page and stay away!
If this happens to you, as it does with everyone else, Please report this to Car Gurus and the BBB so that platforms like this don’t lose their integrity.

SCAM ALERT ! STAY AWAY!
I spoke to Jose about a truck. We discussed 21k out the door. I agreed to pay with a loan and cash down. Jose said he would ask for approval. Jose texted a reply "They can do 21,000 out the door.." OK, cool. He said do the credit approval thing, so I did. Jose replies "Hey so that truck (loan) will not work because of the miles..". I text Jose that I already have an approval letter from another finance company for 13k, and 8k cash so thats 21k. No reply... Then, I receive a call from Jr.. Jr. says he outranks Jose. Jr. tells me that they did NOT agree to 21k and belittles me for thinking that ! I forward the text to him. Their reply was that it was just a mistake. 2 days wasted with the back and forth. In my opinion, they get you in with lies, a carrot in front of your nose to get your credit check and info. Then they raise the price and hope you will agree to pay more, or buy a different car. Truck has been on here for 185 days ! Classic BAIT & SWITCH !
