Orlando Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram either operated in bad faith or is incompetent. My wife and I contacted the dealer about a specific vehicle we wanted to test drive and that were nearly 2 hours away so we wished to ensure the vehicle was onsite and available for a test drive. Over the next couple of we received 5 communications asking if we were still on-time for our appointment. When we showed up some young sales guy greets me by name and then proceeds to tell me they can go get the truck from another lot once we agree on a price. Yes that is exactly what he says. After clarifying that is not happing without a test drive his manager gets involved and informs me the vehicle is no longer in the inventory! There was a mistake and the vehicle they claimed was on the lot was sold and never removed from the system. BTW we purchased a truck that evening another nearby dealer. This bait and switch act is despicable.

Quick to respond, however HORRIBLE customer service. The sales guy tried to steamroll me into a more expensive vehicle while ignoring my actual request. I do not recommend- and I had to block their number after telling them I wouldn’t do business.

Do not waste your time. The salesmen will tell you lie after lie. They call it miscommunication. Never dealt with such a dishonest dealership.

This deal is a scam I was there for almost hour and they told me they can’t sell it because it’s only for people that have a business, that is garbage because it doesn’t say that nowhere’s in the advertising to this is False advertising , they don’t deserve even one star because of their false advertising.

HORRIBLE experience! We put money down, booked plane tickets, and they sold it anyway. Then the managers REFUSED to talk to us. Terrible business, management is cowards!

Dealer did not have vehicle but claimed to just to get me onsite to sell me new vehicle. Several sales people confirmed appointments but again vehicle was not available. I flew to Florida from Atlanta just for that vehicle. It was a pure waste of my time and resources from which the manager refused to reimburse me. .

He answered but what his agent wanted was to sell me another option for his benefit and I was only interested in that car. After I told him that that was the one I was interested in, he never answered again. In short, it didn't work

I was frustrated with the whole experience. I understand our salesman was new. However, no one was helping him guide us or even giving him the proper info. We got a literal printed picture of the work order. I wanted to see what work had been done. Then it was super confusing, to the point I took the car to a 3rd party to clarify what was done. There were so many errors in the contracts we even pointed it out in several areas to Finance. We were told " I don't make these, someone else does it" That concerned me. Then we were charged with an $1850 fee for "maintenance." I told them the car has 54,000 miles it should not need $1850 worth of maintenance. Turns out $880 of that was the Safety inspection and the maintenance of our car. The rest of the fee is the average amount of the cost of maintaining and repairing the other used cars from what I understand. The average gets applied to all the used cars.

I was contacted by a rep 3 days after and he did send me the out the door price with like 30% in fees etc alone on top of the advertised sales price. I did not like that at all. I keep on looking for less fees I think.

NOT a pleasant experience!! Drove 4 hours to get to this dealership because they had the exact truck that we wanted. Saw the truck and bought it, left it at the dealership for them to register it. Got a call in the middle of the week and they said it is no longer on the lot. Supposedly it did not pass inspection so they got rid of it! Would have liked to have been able the option to fix whatever was wrong! The worst part is we bought a slide in camper to fit it. Now we have no truck for it! NOT happy at all!!

The dealer reached out to me quickly. The dealership experience was not so great. The used car that I was interested in had a few obvious issues. The dealership charged me a $1200 pre-conditioning fee that they added on top of the sale price of the car. Granted, they offered to fix all of the issues and deliver the car to me, but all we wanted for them to do was reduce the price of the car, and we would address the issues ourselves. Needless to say that we had to fight to get a price that we were comfortable with. Also, the Sales staff are a bunch of young guys that had no issues chatting about their personal lives while my wife and I were waiting for our Sales guy to go back and forth with his manager. The banter was not offensive, just unprofessional when you have potential customers sitting in an area where they can hear every word that is spoken. Overall, we were able to reach a compromise on price for a car that presents well, but will need a few repairs to ne 100%.

They contacted me quickly and we set up a date to come test drive. Then when I drove 1.5 hrs to see the car it wasn't there. Was told it was at another lot but would be back in a couple days. Set up an appointment for the following weekend and received pics the next day it was back. Then without notice, I got a notification later in the week from CarGurus website the car was sold. Poor service

Quick response to my inquiry. Truck was going through their service Dept and no pics were available when I reached out but the salesman who contacted me called me back and let me know the truck had already sold. Appreciated that before I wasted my time going there to see it. Although I didn’t get an opportunity to see the vehicle, customer service is important so this dealership gets a gold star for that.

They do not mention side impact hit or all the dents, paint chipped, and dings. The vehicle has all the rims and tires scrapped up. Rims i would consider damaged. They need to disclose all this information before the customer goes out to see the vehicles or state this on any ads, articles, and definitely in the photos. This car with the amount of damage was abused. There is more than touch ups and dealer should have fixed the vehicle. The vehicle with all the damages is NOT worth $35K especially with $15K mileage. Highly disappointed! Look out guys as this was not listed here on cargurus, reported on carfax, and dealer definitely did not disclose. Besides that guys were cool greeting but not forthcoming.

Experience with fine. However they posted the car being available for sale flyer to them inspecting it, then decided after inspection and not the sell it. A little frustrating getting exciting about a post and then not having anything that they posted.
