Very courteous and professional but I decided against the year and the miles. .

The truck they advertised had a lot of little cosmetic issues that were not disclosed before seeing the truck in person and it leaked oil when they said it didn't. They did a very poor job at trying to hid the imperfections. Then for a trade in they offered me $15,000 over the phone after pictures and all info submitted. Then I get their and the "mechanic" test drove it and left the lot with my truck and they absolutely beat it. Truck screaming and smoking. The truck never smoked before. They get back and now a check engine light was on. Now the truck is blowing white smoke like a train. Then they said the code was for turbos and then they offered me $5,000. I checked the code right their and It was for a brake light. So I called them out on their lying and beating on my truck. And they basically said oh well. I drove 3 hours just to be treated like this. And over the phone it was a done deal. Thank God after my truck cooled down it stopped smoking and hasn't smoked since.

Great dealer

Salesman was rude and only interested in the money. We drove all the way there only to find out he had multiple people interested in the vehicle and he was trying to sale it to whoever pay more.

Everything about the experience was excellent!! Would definitely recommend for anyone and would go back to buy another vehicle!!!!

When I called the dealer said the Hummer had just sold. He offered to send me pictures of another one they had for sale.

Was told the vehicle was available and then suddenly it was pulled down, despite the dealer being closed for the hoildays. Perhaps it was an innocent mistake but I found out by it being removed vs the dealer letting me know directly. I had to email and text trying to get an answer and didn't get a response for over a day. It felt like maybe it was sold out from under us. Either way, not the best experience.

Very awesome honest Jim worked hard to make my truck purchase took the truck ended up having front wheel bearings going out I called JIM and they changed them .If you need a vehicle this is the place to go they are honest I WILL DEFINITELY BUY MY NEXT TRUCK OR SUV HERE!

Sales man was very short with us. Not accommodating, this car needs new tires new brakes , an alignment, passenger window doesn’t work and the rear view camera was painted over. So the back up camera has no visability. They were not willing to work with us and drop the price for all the issues. They were rather rude about the entire process.

I have bought many cars/trucks over the last 60 years. Never have I ever experienced this. Car was $4500 plus $499 dealer “junk” fee. I offered $4000 cash. $4500 cash. $4700 cash. No, they said they would not give up $1.00 of the dealer fee. Extremely hard to get a call back from them.

Yes they were very helpful in selling the car. Once they got their money they chose not to follow through with repairs that were promised to us at the time the deal had taken place. Furthermore we cannot get anybody to return a phone call. I would not recommend this dealership.

This dealer was the best auto buying experience I’ve had in a very long time. Best in Florida for sure. These guys were so helpful in getting my deal done. They were very respectful not pushy at all. Jim and Jeff are the best. The owner helped to make a deal where I was able to take my truck that weekend do to we were 200 miles away. I highly recommend these guys.

Did not try to set up a meeting . Was very vague. Appeared did not care if they sold a car or not. Just said it was still on the lot. Not much of a sales person. This was the car I was looking for but did not present in a way that they wanted to make a sale.

Did not contact me by phone, just sent me a respond back directing me to information I already knew. I was willing to travel to FL to pick up this truck if if looked as good from these pictures, no one took the time to reach out by phone.

Didn’t test drive the truck the first time I went cause they would negotiate on the price. Then the same week they dropped the price online and I drove 2hrs back to buy the car. Could have dropped it while I was there. Nice no pressure but seem like they are just nice enough to sell you a car. I can tell the other side was coming out when I asked to top the coolant off.- thought I was asking to top the fuel off. Cars are clean which can and should be a good thing, but I think it may hide some of the issues with the cars. Overall good experience nothing special typical car lot. Just don’t expect anything but a sale.

I bought an Audi Q7 from Jim at Orlando Auto Lounge. The vehicle was in immaculate condition. So are there other vehicles. Their auto lot and showroom are in very well kept condition as well. Jim was pleasant to work with and was willing to meet in the middle on a deal. Gave a 4/5 rating since they only top off fluids vs changing oil, etc and no customary full tank of gas.

Jim, the finance rep, was genuinely professional. I look forward to going forward going forward with the vehicle.

Not impressed, they sold the car out from under me. As I was organising to fly down from Knoxville and agreed to call back when i had schedule and leave a deposit. Called back had to leave message . The next day when I called , it's sold no sorry or return call after leaving my message.

Good. I went there to check up on the Tahoe but instead I end up purchasing a 2007 Acura DMX. Car is in excellent conditions with the exception of a mayor mal function on my windshield that start leaking water from each side of the top front frame of the vehicle. I did take it back to them to fixed and they said they did. Will not know until it start raining again. Keep in touch.

I went knowing what I wanted, it was just a matter of pictures vs real view. The truck was on point! Most dealerships have very nice pictures but when you go to see the vehicle, they are dented and rusty. This truck was beautiful... Inside and out. Processing everything took less than 30 minutes, too!

I requested contact from them via phone. I recieved a generic email two days later. I called them to advise that I was going to pay for a vehicle cash and pick it up when I got back from vacation to find out that someone JUST put a deposit on the car.

Car was sold however a model very similar came in. The sales folks were very accomodating and honest; I didn’t get the vehicle because what I came there for was the convertible and what they had was the coupe.

The live information advertisement on this particular car was a joke. The guy walking around flapping his gums was a cliche used car salesman cheesy, and insincere, which comes across as a red flag to any serious Buyer. When I did get to the lot / location, every item On inventory is stuffed away into different warehouse buildings, Each car I inspected, looks like Auto auction buys, that have have been detailed, and a few easy bolt on or bond on accessories. Then a healthy price tag slapped on the windshield .

I purchased the exact Truck I wanted. Outstanding Customer Service. Very Professional and the salesman answered all of my questions.

Called first thing after seeing the beautiful vehicle i was interested in. Spoke to a lady who answered and was told she would pass on over all the info i gave. Never got a call back so i called back again. Thjs time it was someone else asking who all the things i already gave to the lady. No biggy. But ran my credit and did all the things necessary to try and buy this vehicle and nothing. I was told that "i dont want your trade in" they told me i never said anything about my trade in to start with and when i asked questions they were ignored to there convenience in order for them to not correct there mistakes. Then had a smart comment saying "some ppl just wont make ppl happy" alot of guts these ppl to lie, ignore and basically not be interested in the costumer because it doesnt suit them. Its ashame that dealers like this exist. Typical dealer. Horrible customer service

Actually I contacted the dealership of a generic email that was sent out, If there was an option of a negative star i would click it! However, i chose to take my money and purchase somewhere else because the dealership salesman Ken was beyond rude! He answered the phone in mid conversation which he proceeded to finish before he said responded with a "yeah". I told ken it was going to be a guaranteed purchase but i wanted to schedule a test drive for that Saturday, his response was he cant hold it for me unless i put a deposit down(which is understandable) with a tone of agitation that he wasn't going to do anything but i could schedule a test drive. So i told him that i will take my patron else where, i did and got a better deal in Gainseville fl

Although this dealer is located on a side street of an industrial park, it is a pretty classy operation. All of the cars on the loot were premium cars and in premium condition. The show room is clean and modest. The sales people are professional. I was very impressed all the way from their online car listings to completing the purchase. I was concerned when a $500 non-refundable deposit was required to hold the car I selected online, but the car was as described and I bought it. The online price of the car was less than the onsite price. So I would suggest bringing a copy of their online listing when viewing and purchasing a car from them. I would 100% recommend this car dealarship

Applied for financing on a friday. Monday by 2 o'clock they still hadn't responded so I called them and was informed of my deal. I made a comeback offer and got told she would call me right back. It's been 4 days. Never heard back

got the suv the salesman was great but the owners at first were ok but when i had some problems they told me there was nothing that they could do for me after they told me if we ever needed anything ask and they would help all i had to do is buy the parts and the so called repair guy was very rude the parts he did fix had to be re fixed less than a week later to the tune of 1,600 dollars and other work is still being done things to i was told that were good to go we got the suv so that my power-wheelchair and lift could be used as i am a disabled vet and need these things to get around they knew this and the still sold us a suv that needed much work so far i have been stuck on the side of the road 2 times with my chair and had to find my way home because the tow truck could not take the suv and my power chair in closing i would not send any one to the dealership even though it is a as is shop they could have done a whole lot better and they also need to remember that the way you treat people will come back to you
