Sales associate (Mike)responded in a timely manner and was easy to work with. Couldn't come to an agreement to purchase vehicle, but i would work with them again.

Dealer did respond, this is just a comment regarding their overall service. Their service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. They very much have the "island attitude" of "take it or leave it, we're the only Ford dealer around".
