I’m very disappointed with this dealer. The car was available in the exact configuration I needed. A representative contacted me, and we started discussing all the details. They even asked for my documents and address. I was ready to make the vehicle payment. At the last moment, I was told the car had been sold. I spent time communicating with the salesperson and provided my personal information, only to find out the car had been sold to someone else. I’m extremely upset. This is not how business should be done.

didn't buy from them (mainly due to geographic considerations), but have only positives to describe our interactions. very good listeners, obviously interested in what the customer wants. no attempts at upsell, no scheming, and complete transparency. won't hesitate to contact them again when i am ready for another car.

DMA has worked on two of my cars in the last year or two. The work was better than expected the first time and everyone was so pleasant and helpful. That is why I went back a second time .to have some more work done on my other car. I had the same great experience this second time - excellent work and a pleasure to work with Jimmy and the rest of the staff.

I hit the check availability button and I got a quick response. Gordon called me. He was very polite, knowledgeable and a man of his word. He sent a video of the car I was asking about. He checked into details I asked about. It was very late in the day but he still went out of his way to help me. Very impressed with their customer service!

They contacted me I texted back let her know what I was wanting to do never heard back. Then another person texted idk days week later not sure car sold doesn’t matter.

The professionalism was outstanding and I wanted the car badly had a car loan through Capital One but they declined the offer due to the year had to be 2015 or better and then they asked for a down payment as well..

We were ACTIVELY in the process of purchasing the BMW M2 Competition. Gordon, the sales rep, told us that someone else had almost bought the car previously, but the sale fell through. So we were working with him to purchase the car, provided him all of our info, he told us Matt in Financing would be contacting us any minute to finish off the paperwork... Then he said that Matt was backed up with deals ahead of ours and he'd text us when he was ready. We waited a couple of hours and then received a text from Gordon stating that he'd sold the car to the previous person! When we disputed this, he said he told us the car was pending, which he did NOT. If the car was pending, why would we go through the sales process with him to buy it? Why would we be waiting on a call from Matt from Financing? We are absolutely devastated! This was my dream car and he sold it out from underneath us and then tried to lie about it. This is inexcusable, dishonest, disreputable, and NOT how you treat people.

That 19 is a nice car, but I was looking for a 20 or 21 escalate ESv platinum, thank you. The dealer was great and talking to me about the car.

One Legacy Motors was disappointing. The communication was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. Overall customer service left much to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer based on my experience.
