The overall experience in the beginning was OK,
but once I asked who do I speak to about the
price of the vehicle all of a sudden the vehicle
was sold. The woman was calling me and texting
me every day until I asked for a deal and then it
was sold so no, I would never tell anyone to go
with these people. In fact, I’m glad I stayed in
New Jersey and went to a local dealer where I got
a Yukon Denali at a very good price.

We appreciate your feedback, but let’s make this make sense. The vehicle was already sold at the time you asked about negotiating the price. Not “became sold,” it was already in the process of being purchased.
It’s a bit unrealistic to expect a dealership to negotiate on a vehicle that’s no longer available. Once a customer has secured a vehicle, we don’t stop that transaction to entertain pricing discussions with someone else, especially from out of state.
