Went by this dealership on yesterday to check out a vehicle I had been looking at the 2015 QX50. There were a few sales people with customers that I saw and even walked past but neither of them ever acknowledged me, asked if I needed any help, or mentioned they were busy at the moment and would speak with me when they were done. This was very disappointing and rude so I will take my car buying business elsewhere.

Seriously lacking ethics! Dallas, after talking with Seth this morning and hearing his offer of "we will do the repair of the alternator but you gotta get it here" when I already shared with you that I found a mechanic who came highly recommended because of his extensive knowledge on BMW products(over 2 decades)was on my property in less than an hour after the initial contact was made. After diagnosing my vehicle, clearing codes, a professional thorough explanation was given that it was in fact a bad alternator and it had been failing for some time now, paid him $120 for the diagnosis. He will be doing the repair on my car and this is why....the day(10/08/2021)I bought the car, the battery had to be replaced in just a few short hours, I had Seth on the phone with me as I stood in O'Reilly auto parts as they tested the battery, deemed it bad and why on earth a seasoned car salesman such as Seth didn't say "let's check the alternator also just to be safe" is absolutely perplexing to me.

I found this on CarGurus.com! The car was in Georgia. We live in Mississippi, 500 miles away! Drove 6 hours to see this car. Jo Dallas had it cleaned up and ready For a test drive! The vehicle is priced at $7995 - requested buy here pay here and the vehicle cost increased 4K dollars. If the cost is to increase based on situations - it should be noted - the price is misleading.

He answered my questions. I haven't decided if I am ready to buy or not but if I am, I will look them up.

Text them with a specific question, wanting a specific answer and all they said was to call them. I'm saying for what that's what email are for.

6/29/19 Purchased this vehicle. Took 4 hrs. to complete this deal. Still waiting for the dealer to repair the rear door so that it can open. One of dealers employees did slight damage to left rear quarter panel but never advised me or mgt. I didn't discover this till I arrived home. All in all I'm happy with the purchase.

I sent a message through car gurus with an offer. They messaged me back saying looking to do business. I replied with. So are you accepting my offer? They said no and didn’t counter offer. Guess they didn’t want to try and do business.

Famous Amos was great at helping us with our purchase. He was definitely willing to make the deal work. Have a couple repairs they are paying for to have done, hopefully that works out perfect too.

Grant Laws provided exceptional service. We ended up purchasing a car somewhere else, but I wanted to let everyone know these guys are great. We communicated thru email and Grant provided answers to all of questions extremely fast. If I'm in the market again I will definitely consider them.

Awful! Drove over 2 hours to get there - and they knew how far we were driving - yet never mentioned a truck had backed in to the vehicle we were driving there to see. This truck had smashed into and cracked the driver side front bumper. Never disclosed this in their ad, in their photos, nor when speaking to them. Additionally, took a copy of my driver's license and refused to return it to me, or destroy it. Said they were required to retain it. Though I felt uncomfortable about this, I left without the copy they had made. My suggestion - avoid them at all costs!

The salesman contacted me promptly by phone. However, because he used a "cute" salesman nickname I was put off from purchasing a car from this dealership. And they didn't have the car for me.

Looked at multiple cars but was told that for financing price would jump up an additional 3grand in order to get car at price shown i would have to pay cash.

Flew in to Atlanta after being told vehicle was in immaculate condition. When I got there the car had multiple damages and 12k more miles than what was advertised. Very bad experience !

George was very nice and kind and accomodating. I ended up not getting the vehicle because it had major issues so just a warning, not just with them but with all used cars - take it to your own mechanic to get checked out.
