The guys at this dealership were good. They didn't put too much pressure on but were
available and knowledgeable. I bought the car I was looking at and am exceedingly happy
with it. The only drawback I found was that it appeared the oil was not changed before the
sale. They did immediately get the car in for an oil change, however.

I apologize we weren't able to meet your expectations. We try to retail all vehicles taken in on trade. But we also want to offer save vehicles to our customers. We thought this vehicle would pass inspection, but on inspection it has safety issues that made it unsellable even for one of our mechanics that had an interest in it. We're sorry you're upset, but there's no way we could in good conscience retail this vehicle, even though we would have made substantially more money doing so.

Quick to reply and straight forward
Zach Wilson assisted me in my search for a vehicle and was most courteous and helpful. In fact, everybody at the dealership that I talked to was very helpful. I would recommend this dealership to any and all who may be looking for a new or used vehicle.

Yes, they sent me car listings but that is all. I received many emails from several different people and responded back with other car brand requests. No actual dialogue was established. I keep getting email saying, they haven’t heard from me. It seems to me, they only want me to say, I’ll buy it. I am not happy and feel, I they want me to buy a car, they should take a more active role in the process.

Kept constant communication via email. I just found a car that worked better for me pricing wise & with warranty at another dealership, but their sales team did reach out multiple times.

Very good
We were not very impressed. We test drive a 2007 Miatta and could smell oil. On returning the car they said they had a part ordered. We felt it should not been on the lot for sale until the part was replaced. I expect better from dealers than car sales by owner

The car is advertised as used with 5,546 miles when you check it out with them it`s a new car & they want $5,546.00 down not impressed. But they were quick to respond.

Woo hoo!!! This is my first REAL car buying experience! Love my car!!!
Very prompt in getting back to me. My questions were answered but lacked some detail. Meeting was set up and The Three Stooges as they called themselves were prepared for us when we arrived. Very friendly and helpful. Felt no pressure and we were given as much time as needed with the vehicle. Car wasn't detailed as cleanly as I would have expected, but was fairly clean. Paperwork was taken care of in a timely manner, and again we weren't pressured into anything we didn't want. Dennis made sure we were comfortable with the car and we were off the lot. Overall satisfying experience. 4 star rating could easily be 5 stars, but I'm a perfectionist and don't give out top scores easily. I wouldn't be adverse to dealing with them again.

Very responsive!
This was the worst experience ever.. I was told several times by the dealer, what pride they take in their vehicles, and was assured tall maintenance had been performed on the vehicle I was interested in. He tried to talk me out of getting a Carfax report, but purchased anyway. When I saw that none of the 100k maintenace had been completed. I become skeptical but took a chance and drove over an hour to see the car. I was told it would be pulled out and ready for me. When I arrived, I had to wait, as not only was it not pulled out, the battery was dead.. The vehicle was completely misrepresented to me. I was told there was a tear in the upholstery, but a work order was in place to fix it. A tear? NO, the leather was completely tore off the arm rest on the drivers side, the leather was bubbled up on both door panels (maybe due to heat or water damage), the leather wad dirty, and there were numerous external and internal scuffs and scratches. Within three minutes I expressed my disappointment, and that I was not at all interested in spending my hard earned money on such an abused car. The dealer asked me to wait and went to get the manager. While the manager was talking to me, wanting to know my reasons for not liking the car, and trying to get me interested in another car, my dealer stepped around the corner to smoke a cigarette!! Oh, you were done with me? I didn't know that. Not even a hand shake, or anything. I had to go to him to tell him thank you for his time, and say goodbye. How unprofessional!!! I ended up buying the same car, with 35k LESS miles for $1000 less from another very professional dealership.

One of the best car dealerships around. Had a no hassle car buying experience. Spero one of the salesmen there was superb. When we went into the finance office he even watched my 2 year old son for 20 min while we were signing paperwork

They had what we were looking for and the sales people were friendly.
As advertised the ad says it comes with a remote and remote start, it did not. So now I'm having to spend money in order to have a remote. The ad itself is misleading. The cat want in perfect condition, the has been damage to the passenger door that affects opening the door. And a few other things. The finance lady is amazing! I wouldn't go back to them ti purchase future cars especially paying cash.
