Keri, the F&I manager put in little to no effort on closing a sale or making a deal. The wiggle room she offered on a vehicle was $500, on a
22 year old vehicle. I offered $900 less than the listing price, Keri made zero attempts or effort to seriously close this deal. Highly
dissatisfied with the lack of effort. I am a cash in hand buyer and credit score north of 800. Your team lost a sight unseen sale over a grand
total of $500.
List price was $27,995 "keri's" best was 27,500.00 I offered $27,000.00 and she made ZERO attempt to close a deal on a $500 price
discrepancy.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

I did not mislead you or try to play any games. I simply stated that we were firm on our price and you simply could not accept that; not even after quite the long series of emails explaining such. The truck that you were interested in has sold. I'm sorry that my price did not satisfy you and hope that you find the perfect truck elsewhere.

Had a very good experience buying from this dealer.
Quick to respond and very easy to work with. They don't hit you with a bunch of bull crap dealer fees. Decided on a price that we agreed on that was very reasonable and was done with paperwork and the whole process in less than 20 minutes. Whenever I bought this car, I told them that the emergency brake was very loose. They took it back to the garage and replaced it with new and did not charge me extra. Honest people!

Looking at a car to buy. Salesman at oldsfield supposed to hold vehicle
until the next day. That way I could bring my wife back to retest drive the
car. Well he called later and said that he sold the car.
