The dealer contacted me right away and the sales rep was very friendly and helpful. The entire transaction was completed quickly and efficiently. The only thing that bothered me was they installed a stick-on logo advertising their dealership without asking me. I’m concerned that trying to remove the logo will scratch my paint, as it won’t just peel off with ease and will require a scraper of some kind.

They were very professional, and they tried to help me get what I needed, but didn't have what I needed at the time. They said they would keep me posted.

Salesman was respectful. The truck was nice, major issues. White smokes and a lot of blow by. I feel sorry for the person that buys this truck. I offered 35000, they declined. Truck is not worth 42 with all the issues. And it hadn't even been detailed yet.

Timing was off as I got another, but was helped out in dealership.

When I contacted them I specifically asked if the car had any problems and the lady who I spoke w said there were no known issues w the car. I went up there, and the guy wanted me to fill out the app before we looked at the car, so I did. My dad was gonna co-sign for me we were trying to get me out of my 2010 cadillac bc it’s degrading and my dad has very high income. He takes the app to the back and comes back to say that he can’t run the app w out a signature from my dad and also that the used car I was looking at had a major oil leak and wasn’t even on the lot. He basically wanted to reschedule for a couple days later when my dad was there and he was saying it would be better to get a new car, I don’t need a new car. I left very upset bc I had brought my one year old son out w me and didn’t look at a single car. Idk if it was bc it was getting close to closing, or if he was trying to get over on me or if it was a miscommunication but it wasn’t right. Lost our business.
