I’m not happy with the dealer it had hail damage that wasn’t disclosed and the back brakes were dragging I felt like the hail damage should have been included into the description of the car
They were wonderful on the phone and when we scheduled a test drive with the vehicle they called back because they took the vehicle for a ride and it overheated so they called to let me know that the vehicle was no longer for sale they were sending it to auction. And offered to help me find another vehicle in my price range.

Terrible dealer, contacted them to come see it and about the truck, then they blew my phone up all week (only able to see it on Saturday) about when I was going, got there showed me it, then they didn’t want to sell it? Trying everything to deter me, (was an issue with it) I offered $1,000 less that it was listed, and got told he’d call me Monday. I’ve called twice since no response . This place is the worst, go somewhere else!

Great guys, quick response and made our purchase very smooth and efficient. They are even working on getting a missing wind screen from the original car owner. Above and beyond!

They reached out and were very helpful with the car information and scheduling an appointment. However, my girlfriend wasn't able to make her appointment and said she would reach out to them whenever she was able to come look at it but they kept sending her phone calls and emails after she said she would reach out to them. I also kept receiving emails even though I'm not the one purchasing the car and told them that. Other than this issue they are very helpful.

The sales person was courteous. However they advertised the car for $25,000 but once I was looking for the price with my trade in the price was $29,000. They had $4000 in additional costs. I broke off negotiating with them and found another dealer
Underpriced vehicles to get in touch with you and
mislead you so that you will come into the
dealership. They advertise vehicles at a great price
just to add on an 8k dealer fee as âstandardâ. No
dealership I have ever worked with has such a high
dealer fee. Meanwhile, they tried to argue the dealer
fee amount was very common. It was all a scam to
make up for the underpriced vehicle. They even
admitted during the negotiating that the
underpriced vehicle was just to get me in the
dealership.

My drive was about 80 minutes to the dealership to see the vehicle, everyone at the dealership was great to work with acquiring what I was looking for.

Scheduled Apmnt to view truck, but was never called to cancel after they decided not to sell truck due to unresolved mechanical issues. Fortunately for me, I called back to get more details about the truck after never receiving a requested callback & was informed of the trucks removal from inventory which saved me from a long drive to see a truck that was no longer there.

They where nice over the phone. Hard to get a clear out the door price from them. After asking 4 different people the same question and one person saying they would only tell me if I came in. I eventually was told on the phone the out the door price for a Highlander advertised at 27.7k would be over 37k. Though they where vet nice on the phone. Didn’t want to drive 3h if the final price was too high.

deceptive with pricing. Asked me to "help them out" by financing the truck. Was told By Andre Henry the sales manager i could then just pay it off. After hours of paperwork
the finance manager and the sales manager could not agree if it was 3 or 6 payments i would need to make instead of one to " help them out". I walked.

Drove 2 hours for an appointment to buy a car just to be told that it
had sold the day before. Without any form of apology they then tried
to sell me another one totally different.

dealer fees and reconditiong fees add 4 thousand to every car, I ended up not buying because of the high fees.
dealership only replied with the same info and pictures from cargurus website via email.
I went to dealership to see the 2012 honda pilot touring 4wd for the advertised price of $9995.00 today 11NOV2019 veterans day!!
as soon as i parked salesman came out and greet me....told him the vehicle i wanted to see and....asked for a detailed purchase price sale with all asking fees....
here it goes:
Retail/Sales Price: $9995.00
Reconditioning Fees: $1695.00
Government Fees: $653.00
Processing/Documents Fees: $1198.00
Total Taxes: $848.73
Total Sales Price: $14,390
1.- vehicle had a dead battery, and I could noticed there were some frontal repairs done even though carfax showed no reported accident damages
2.- if you look at the driver-side door carefully you can tell it was replaced
3- passenger side console (right side of radio) shows signs of replacement, damaged (detached from clips/ loose)
4- second row passenger side back of the seat leather is ripped not-shown on the ad pictures

Met them half way at Turkey River travel Plaza in Orlando. Purchased the
Car as is. No place to test drive the car. When leaving service plaza to go
home. Left turn signal didn't work. Joyce said the car shook on the way
home. Turns out they replaced 2 tires. Of the others 1 had separated tread
and the other was dry rot. Had to replace them. Slight Body damage and
non working electric window not disclosed prior to agreement to buy. Nasty
tree sap all over trunk lid. What a mess. Jeff promised to send good will
check. Not returning calls. I think if I had been a local buyer the car would
have been delivered in better shape. I paid a premium because they said it
was in beautiful shape and passed 125 point safety inspection. Love the
car but I had to spend 2 days cleaning up a car that should have been
detailed prior to sale. Buyer be ware of these people. I doubt I ever hear
from them regarding the good will help on the rotted tires. Pleasant
surprise if they actually follow through.
