Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about product.

Straight forward buying experience but didnt like the warranty upsell at the end. The warranties are expensive and for me even to consider them they need to be in the bottom line before signing final paper work.

Did not fill the fuel tank. Left the dealership with 1/4 tank of fuel and a 1/4 tank of DEF. Truck detailing was horrible. No truck manufacturers manual. Sales person new nothing about the truck. Overall a nice truck and a poor dealership.

I talk to them they said the call me back that was 4 days ago I guess they tough I didn’t have any money to deal with them but that’s ok that’s plenty of dealerships to find my vehicle

The team at Octane was stellar in helping me with my vehicle search needs. I was impressed with how quickly they responded to my interest in the Acadia they had listed. I even received a video from one of the salesman that morning introducing himself to me and showing me a real-time video of the car. I would absolutely recommend Octane to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in the Santa Fe area.

Ok so I been trying to buy this car from you guys James haven’t be any helpful at all doesn’t respond messages just ignoring and super hard to help to make a deal it sucks that cause the way u guys treat your costumer with 0 communication we have to go and buy cars somewhere else if you guys still want to sell this car somebody that is not James please contact me so I can buy this car.

Nobody seems to want to help me or Finance me so I don't know what's going on they were friendly for the most part but I never understood exactly what the problem was other than not being accepted by their Banks I think it's just the whole 100% of the situation

Took a week to get any real answers.

Dealers Sales staff was relentless with calls and emails. My only question for them was "If we made a Deal on the Vehicle would they deliver? Never did get a definite yes or no to the question. I asked them to just not call.

Hard working salesman, Tony Sena. He has such a wonderful personality. Always cheerful and very helpful. His finance people were also very competent. They are there to make sure you are happy with what you buy.

I contacted Octane Buick about their Porsche Macan on Memorial Day weekend. I spoke with 4 people at Octane on Saturday, went on Monday to test drive the vehicle, and finally purchased the vehicle that night. The team stayed later than they wanted to on Memorial Day to make it happen.

All went well except for two things. (1) Trade-in price was an insult. (2) High pressure for extended warranty was excessive. We love the truck! We bought it.

If I could give negative stars I would. Octane Buick is your classic sleazy car dealership, right of the gate the salesman James was really passive aggressive and made it a very awkward experience. He also made it very clear before I even test drove vehicle that they don't negotiate because "their prices are fair" Here's fair they are for you, so stupidly I traded in my 2018 4Runner through them and bought a used tundra, they were very firm on what they offered me for my car which was originally $30,000. I told them I was gonna walk away and they agreed to give me 32k for my 4Runner. Seems fair right? I mean, I bought it brand new in 2018 with only 11 miles on it for 37k so 32k seems fair. So out of curiosity a few weeks after my tundra purchase I check the website to see what they're asking for my 2 yr old 4Runner. I'm shocked to see that my used 4Runner that I bought BRAND new for 37k is being sold 2 yrs later through octane Buick for 49K. Are you kidding me? What a scam you guys ar
