Straight forward buying experience but didnt like the warranty upsell at the end. The warranties are expensive and for me even to consider them they need to be in the bottom line before signing final paper work.

Nobody seems to want to help me or Finance me so I don't know what's going on they were friendly for the most part but I never understood exactly what the problem was other than not being accepted by their Banks I think it's just the whole 100% of the situation

Dealers Sales staff was relentless with calls and emails. My only question for them
was "If we made a Deal on the Vehicle would they deliver? Never did get a definite yes
or no to the question. I asked them to just not call.

I contacted Octane Buick about their Porsche Macan on Memorial Day weekend. I spoke with 4 people at Octane on Saturday, went on
Monday to test drive the vehicle, and finally purchased the vehicle that night. The team stayed later than they wanted to on Memorial Day to
make it happen.

If I could give negative stars I would. Octane Buick is your classic sleazy car dealership, right of the gate the salesman James was really passive aggressive and made it a very awkward experience. He also made it very clear before I even test drove vehicle that they don't negotiate because "their prices are fair" Here's fair they are for you, so stupidly I traded in my 2018 4Runner through them and bought a used tundra, they were very firm on what they offered me for my car which was originally $30,000. I told them I was gonna walk away and they agreed to give me 32k for my 4Runner. Seems fair right? I mean, I bought it brand new in 2018 with only 11 miles on it for 37k so 32k seems fair. So out of curiosity a few weeks after my tundra purchase I check the website to see what they're asking for my 2 yr old 4Runner. I'm shocked to see that my used 4Runner that I bought BRAND new for 37k is being sold 2 yrs later through octane Buick for 49K. Are you kidding me? What a scam you guys ar

I went in close to closing and Rene and Lanette stayed late so I didn’t have to drive back the next day since I live in Albuquerque.
