Very pleasant experience, my car was easily found and ready for test drive . I’m still looking for my dream car , but no pressure experience.
They were up front and communicated with me well. Unfortunately someone else got to the truck before me. But I'd be willing to look into another truck with them if something pops up.

Due to the distance I had to travel to get there I ended up arriving about 20 minutes before they closed. I was given all the time I needed to look closely at the two specific vehicles I was interested in without any pressure whatsoever. After a test drive I did decide to purchase and Paul (an owner) went through all the paperwork clearly and never seemed in a hurry. I was able to
think through my decisions and feel good about the entire process. We finished up a full 2 hours after closing hours. I'm very impressed!

Had been searching all over looking to find the exact car I wanted for a suitable price. I came across this Benz E-350 and fell in love with it. Within minutes they had responded to my request for information and told me I could come down that day to test it! I had to have it but the monthly price was a little higher than I wanted. Paul and Ron both worked together and with me and put the time in to make sure I could leave with this car I so badly wanted!! They made sure to get my monthly payments down significantly and saved me a great amount of money!!! Both Paul and Ron were amazing!! Extremely helpful and super friendly and they def know what their doing!! They weren’t out to just make a sale and get the most money out of me. Thanks to them I am a proud owner of this beautiful Benz E-350!! If I could give them 100 stars I would and I will definitely be referring anyone I know to them. I also will be back when it’s time for a new car in a few years!! Thank you Ocean State Auto!!!!

The guy Ron was extremely rude towards the end , when the deal fell through he hung up the phone on me and was very unprofessional. Would not recommend dealing with him

sold months ago. Most vans advertised are either
already sold or never even existed.

My elderly mom had the best experience purchasing her 2011 Elantra from Ocean State. From start to finish, every went perfect! Steve was awesome with her showing her all the new gadgets and Joe was superb with the financing! Great little find.. would highly recommend. Extremely happy

This Dealership is absolutely incredible. I would have to say its one of the best dealership , I have come across
in United States. Paul was very thorough on his paperwork and got it all arranged in advance to save time.
They have the best used vehicles available for sale with clear carfax ( no damages , no accidents) & title. Apart
from that as a courtesy , they also walked me through in detail regarding process and paperwork to sell my
old car. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE.
