Nelson was very professional, very knowledgeable about his inventory and product also very helpful to explain the buying process and their policies and warranties I will definitely work with them again and recommend them to my colleagues.

It was a great experience because this is my 4th vehicle that I really want. I can't wait to go to the dealership and pick it up.

Sales Rep was very good! The dealership was to do a front end alignment before delivery to us and somehow scratched the car in the process. Delivery was delayed because they had to send it to the body shop which we found after the fact do to poor communication at the dealer. We decided to not take delivery because of the unknown damage to the paint & miscommunication from the dealer between service & sales. We requested our deposit to be refunded and it was in a satisfactory manner.

Thieves. Went to test drive. Said will come back the day later. Was told later that same day the price is increased. No explanation or reasoning. They upped the price by 2 thousand dollars. TWO THOUSAND. 2,000. You cant make this up. Go anywhere else. Dont go here.

Very slow to respond and when they did days later the vehicle was sold. Then they called and email me several times saying it was available only to call and be told yet again that it was actually sold.

They have dollar store salespeople selling $100k cars... The absolute worst car shopping experience ive ever had. So I guess the dealer is disputing my review and CarGuru wants more details to confirm this is a real review. I am limited on space so I will just tell you the worst part. After driving the car, and sitting down in the salespersons office talking about the car and starting to talk about the price, another salesperson walks up to the door and says, I just took a deposit on the car, it is sold. Our salesperson tossed the keys to the salesperson that sold the car. Our salesperson stood up, walked out of the office, not saying a word and then walked across the showroom, out the front door and into the building next door. Of course my wife and I are following behind, assuming there is a plan. When we got to the door of the other building I ask if he was going to show us another car, he never turned around or acknowledge me, just walked away and disappeared into the back of the

Mostly great experience, until i was asked to pay for the title which i had left in the car - did not appreciate that - especially when i did no hagling on the price whatsoever - for $125, seemed petty to me. Damaged what otherwise would have been a perfect experience.

Simple transaction simply because of one person... Mauricio!! Mauricio understood my time limitations and did what it took to get the deal done. Very professional at all times. I must also mention the financing department. His ( I apologize for not recalling his name) simple explanation of many different choices resulted in a win win situation. I highly recommend this dealership!! Oh and the coffee is great... when your not spilling it all over the vehicle your buying lol. Sorry guys.

I have never bought a car sight-unseen before but I was fortunate enough to have met Michel from Ocean Mazda. This experience started with an inquiry about the availability of the vehicle. I received a call within minutes of submitting my question. I was put in touch with Michel P. from the dealership and we started to talk. He was very personable and I told him exactly what I wanted up front. He was not a high-pressure car salesman. I am in the sales industry too so I know how the process works. Although I have never bought a car without first seeing it and driving it, I felt so comfortable with Michel because he was professional and caring. The negotiation process was very short and I made a decision to move forward within the same day. I have bought several cars and this, by far, has been the best buying experience ever. I cannot say enough good things about Michel. If it was anybody else, I would have never moved forward without flying out to Miami first. He answered all my questions honestly and he responded to my text messages/phone calls immediately. He sent me videos and pictures of any part of the car that I wanted. He was very prompt and followed through with everything that he said he would do. Thank you Michel. You are awesome!

The dealer contacted me immediately, but she was slow to respond and answer questions after the initial contact. It took two phone calls and three emails to finally get a response.

They showed me car with different person that I had spoken with and never call me back or made me any offer. Did not return.

The car was wrongly described as having navigation when it did not. I pointed it out to the salesman but it is still listed as having navigation the last I checked.

After submitting an inquiry they sent me a note with their phone number. I called and asked for the complete build specifications on the car I inquired about. Salesman come in and we will show you that. Cart before the horse as far as I am concerned.

Internet rep was very nice. Made an offer on a Jaugar with deposit and car was sold to another customer. This was not acceptable as should have been given the respect to purchase car.
