Got the bait and switch on the price. When I addressed the added hidden charges equaling almost $1,000, they argued that they didn’t add anything and were upfront. Once I said I wasn’t interested in doing business with them, they continued to bother me and couldn’t fathom why I didn’t want to buy from them. Just …. Really bad management and business practice in overall.

I had a great experience with this dealership. They responded promptly to my request and I booked an appointment. Even though I did not purchase the vehicle I was inquiring about. I purchased another one and I couldn’t be happier!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I was lied to and manipulated. We agreed on terms and purchase price. Then magically there was another family interested in car (after their assistant told me she was looking at the car that morning to purchase for herself, after the fickle was on the lot over 2 months, oldest trick in the book right?!) They told me I needed to do credit app immediately, when I expressed my hesitation if they were going to sell it out from underneath me after doing credit app, they assured me that they would not sell it. I even asked for it in writing, and they went as far as saying all calls are recorded, and gave me their word. Turns out, they sold it (to someone who offered more)… Shady and unethical

I wanted to buy a car from them that I saw on two different searches. I live three hours away so they told me they would send a video. They never did until The manager contacted me three days later. She asked if I ever received a video or heard from the assigned salesperson. I said No, so she had another salesperson contact me. They did send a video later that day.
It had a lot of dings but I still wanted the car. I was willing to buy it unseen and fly down that weekend to pick it up.
The salesperson basically hand wrote a half written bill of sale and then he said he was going on vacation and that I should contact another salesperson and gave me the number.
The bill of sale had over $2000 of extra nonsense fees and plus he wanted me to contact someone else.
This place has the worse customer service I've encountered in my search for cars. Most places are contacting you with urgency. This place does not care about making sales at all.

They contact me in a day, I make appointment to see the car with Eli the young salesman it was a fresh air to meet him and he is a nice young man. Driving to the dealer he call me to inform me that the car was not ready, wait until we can drive and test the car. I made a offer after some negotiation we agree with the price. I agree to pick the car next day after they fix the battery issue. Eli assist me to close sing the deal. The only issue I had is with the service dept and coordination with the sale dept. That took at least 4hour of my time, Again Elijah my young salesman did a good job.

I know many customers would prefer to see the car before deciding but there are often dozens of people inquiring about the same vehicle you are looking for. All at various stages of the purchase experience.

I had a great experiences. DeAnthony and Anthony made it easy for me to buy the truck. I called ahead and got the whole deal worked out and just went to test drive the truck and buy it. I would highly recommend this dealer.

People were very helpful and polite
I contacted the dealership and schedule a time to see the car. Everyone was friendly and helpful. When I got there the car was detailed and looked great. I test drove the car and it went well. The only thing the color was not what it appeared to be in the photographs, which was very disappointing. Therefore, I have not purchased yet. They have contacted me with other information and options. I would use them again!

Prompt and detailed with responses. Car was advertised as a Carrera 4 AWD but on further investigation turned out to be a Carrera 2 RWD. Also, keep getting (auto generated?) follow up emails even after communicating that I was only interested in the AWD version

It was a HORRIBLE experience. The staff especially the finance staff, Anthony tried to force me to finance with them and I already had financing through my financial institution. Anthony was rude and disrespectful. I left because I don't spend my money where I'm mistreated. I don't recommend Mazda of Roswell to anyone! !

We apologize for your experience. I think the miscommunication is that we offered financing because you could not get the payment from your credit union in time and wanted to take vehicle delivery. You were offered the option to cancel this contract once you had a check from your lender. Cash, outside financing or financing through us we truly just want to earn your business and sell you a car. I am sorry if this is not the impression you left with. I hope you had luck finding a vehicle elsewhere.

I felt cheated when I went to purchase a car from Mazda of Roswell. They
posted a car for $3750. I got there to buy the car looked at it loved it. Two
different employees quoted the price online and went in the back and
printed out the breakdown showing the price.
When it was tie to buy, I started filling out the required paper work. Then the
salesman went in the back and came back out with a different break down
saying it was a mistake. Now the car cost 6000 and they still expected me
to buy the car.
I think it was bait to lure people into the office. Be careful dealing with these
people.

Helpful but very pushy. I was not in the market for a new car and they kept bullying me into getting one. The car that I requested information on wasn't even there when I went the next day to test drive it.

My sales guy (Nate) and finance guy
(Louis) were great. Very friendly and
knowledgable, easy to talk to and
comfortable. Overall a good experience.
The negotiation was pretty fun (I like
doing that sort of thing), but their initial
offer on my trade in (admittedly a pretty
high mileage vehicle) was laughable, half
what Carmax offered me, and Carmax
likes to lowball. They also took care of a
problem that cropped up two days after I
purchased my Mazda6 that technically
wasn't covered by warranty, but also
wasn't my fault whatsoever.

30 min before we got there we called and they "still had the Charger there". When we arrived. They sales man we were supposed to ask for never showed up. They tried to show us a Red SE not a Grey RT. After some confusion and searching...we were told "sorry but that car sold". A few days later they called me back and said that the car was back because the person could not get the financing. Not impressed.
