I have did not purchase a vehicle yet, but I still want to purchase a vehicle from OAK automotive. The staff are very friendly and out going. I’ve dealt with several dealerships and Oak automotive have been above and beyond any other dealership I have ever dealt with!! Their prices are very fair and the vehicles appear to be well worth their asking price. I hope to purchase a vehicle from Oak automotive very very soon !!!

Vehicle was not as advertised wouldn’t start and rusty as could be.
car had many thing wrong with it and the owner refused to fix the gas tank which was clearly leaking. his logic is that id be getting a "brand new" car for 4k. Which is an absurd thought process considering "gas make car go vroom". The staff is friendly but the owner is not and totally ruined me buying anything of that lot. They get carvana rejects and try to pass them on people. BUYER BEWARE
i've asked multiple times for pictures of the condition for the exterior and interior. All I received was "when it gets here" and decrease in cost alerts. What a joke this place must be as they cannot send photos as requested nor could they even tell me the color of the exterior and interior.
I contacted them about this car. They replied saying it is still available. We then tried to set an appointment for me to come see the vehicle. During us setting the appointment Jake Burns stated hopefully the car will still be available by then implying that a lot of others have shown interest in the vehicle. So I moved my appointment to be sooner. I had to make a lot of adjustments for me to be able to come down for the day we set. Fast forward to the day before the appointment I called to make sure the vehicle was still available I was told it was and I also confirmed my appointment to come look at the vehicle. They then contact me 45min prior to them closing the day before the appointment to tell me that the vehicle would be in service for the whole day and wouldn’t be able to be viewed that day. When I go to call them back they were at that point closed. I then texted them twice and called to let them know I wasn’t coming since the vehicle wasn’t available.

The Oaks Automotive Dealership did reach out to me and left a message on my machine, but I was preoccupied with family issues. They sent me texts which were very encouraging, so I can truly give a positive response to the fine folks at the Automotive group! Unlike others who ignored me, Oaks Automotive has earned my respect! Thanks to them!!!!!

I contacted the dealer told them I was driving from Louisville, Kentucky why I actually Bonnieville Kentucky up to their lot in Ohio to look at this truck well, I ask what kind of shape the truck was in from the pictures. It looks very good. I said was the frame rusted I was told no I get up there. They can’t sell the truck because the seatbelt had been cut off of it that night. The frame was so rusted. I’ve been scared to drive it back from Cincinnati to where I live in Bonneyville, Kentucky. Also, it needed four tires. The interior was nice so I asked him to show me some other trucks they had our cars in my price range. Everything he showed me was ride it rusted or something wrong. Some reason they couldn’t sell it. They had six cats stole tonight. I went. They had the seatbelt cut off that truck the night I went It was just always something so this car lot doesn’t tell you everything about their cars and they don’t tell you if you ask even if you’re driving 34 hours awaydon’t trust
The sale rep was friendly but the car was in sad shape. It needed a lot of work for he price they were asking. It
needed a spare tire, two front tires. The back tires were not the right size. the engine was dirty as was the
interior and when I started it, it dd not sound right as something was wrong with the motor. We told them we
were not interested in that car.

They don't negotiate. I know they don't have to. But this is a fifteen year old discontinued vehicle. The exterior had dents scratches and cracks on the trim. I did offer to pay $6000. cash. They came back with a little over $7000. The tax was only $420.00. They can keep it.
Drove a half hour to look at a car that was supposed to be on the lot. We arrived at the dealship to learn that it is no longer available. They stated they sold it the night before. Now 2 things one I called them.really close to closing the night before car was listed as sitting on their lot for 80 days. Two I even let thwm.know we were coming to look at it the very next morning and dint get a text or phone call stating it sold. I truly feel it was sold a while ago. One of the issue with this dealership it is so unorganized the salesperson didn't even know where one of the other cars that we were going to look at was at on the lot. I wouldn't shop this place especially if you are driving a good distance.
Very helpful - answered all my questions and followed up several times. There seemed very honest and straightforward no BS and I like that. I am an older man and tend to ramble. Sometimes the person I spoke to, was very patient and allowed me to say my peace, even though I’m sure he was bored at the time and even followed up with me again later. probably the only reason we didn’t do a deal is because of the distance I am in Cincinnati and he is in Indianapolis area. I need to see something before I buy it and I just didn’t feel like making that drive.

where I live charge between 250 and $300 so I
felt the Doc fees were ridiculous IN MY
OPINION ! And if they were charging that
much more, what other type of fees might they
add I donât know was not going to waste my
time

Came from Dayton. Asked to have the car looked at for a ABS light being on before I drove all the way out there. Was promised it would be checked. Only to drive over a hour there and it was never looked at! Also, the car was a rusted out piece of trash!! Definitely not worth what they was asking. Salesman got snarky with us and we bolted out! Would definitely not recommend shopping this dealer.

My fault for not looking closely but they did sneak in a warranty and they did not make a repair to exhaust that they said they would fix. I would probably not recommend them.

I spoke with Tim Mcdonald. He was very nice and helpful, as well as informative about the vehicle that I was interested in. And although the vehicle turned out not to be a match for me, I will continue my search with this dealership and will also recommend to others.

We drove from Dayton to Cincinnati to buy a car for my daughter. The car we were initially interested in did not work for us, but Daniel
showed us another that was in our price range. From my understanding, this was one of Daniel's first sales. He was very busy that day
but took multiple calls from me with various questions. He was very polite. We paid cash for the car, and I had some difficulty figuring
out how to make the transfer from my bank. Someone was able to help with that as well. Despite it being one of Daniel's first sales, it
went surprisingly smoothly and quickly. I had questions about the tires/brakes, and he even went out to measure the tread for me. I had
several questions about an extra set of keys and the title after the purchase, and I was able to directly text Daniel; he always got back
to me same day and was able to answer/resolve my questions. I would definitely recommend going here to buy another vehicle, plus
my daughter loves the car!!
