The staff was very friendly. They responded to my inquiries quickly and even gave me a deal!! I’m very pleased so far and will be picking up the truck for my daughter’s graduation gift on Monday. Definitely recommend Oak Auto to my friends and family. The process was quick and simple. I just walked in told them the trucks we were interested in, took test drive, and made a deal. I’m very pleased and excited about getting the truck!

Original advertised asking price on
CarGurus was 5499, then they had a price
reduction to 4999. I negotiated off the doc
fees and made a deal with Judy over the
phone for $5000 total. I then purchased a
one way plane ticket to pick the car up the
following week. Offered them a $2000
down payment. Judy didnât immediately
collect that, so I texted her three days later
and was told that the âownerâ came in and
said the car had been mispriced and she
wasnât sure âwhat they were going to doâ. I
then checked the CarGurus site and saw
that the asking price was now $6499. After
inquiring about that Judy finally got back to
me and said the price was now higher
because they had fixed the glow plugs. The
dealer obviously had second thoughts and
reneged on the deal. After making a deal,
they shouldnât simply be able to âfixâ
something as a justification for raising the
price. Dishonest.

I was contacted the day before and the morning of my appointment date to confirm my attendance . Only to drive 45 minutes away, burning unnecessary gas to be told after the attempt of them to persuasively trying to get me to purchase another car, the original car/camry i inquired about had been sold the day before.

Very good experience. Courtney and Ashlei were both responsive and they were able to meet at a figure that worked. Everyone was courteous and I am glad that I drove 2.5 hours ro get my car. Additionally while I was at the dealership no less than 3 previous customers came in looking for another vehicle because of the way they were treated previously. One even bought a truck right then.
They lied to me about the mechanic condition of the car. The next day after I pick up the car engine lights on for code PO420 catalytic $$$$

My apologies that you had issues with the vehicle you purchased. I hate you did not call to reslove any issues. We get the cars state inspected from a third party so we don't run into this issue. Again I am sorry you are having issue. We also give anyone that is purchasing a car from us a chance to take it to a mechanic of their choice since we do sell them AS-IS with no warranty.

Bought a 2008 Subaru Outback from dealer.
Staff were courteous, but I did contactless purchase due to distance and Covid 19. Car had some scratches and dents that weren't shown in picture (a minor problem I'm not concerned about) as well as a disconnected console lid. Though car supposedly passed inspection and was looked over by their mechanic ("we didn't do a 120 point inspection or anything.."), my mechanic found that it was leaking coolant AND oil from the head gasket and is in for a very expensive repair.

After reviewing your file there are notes that stating that you were asked multiple times if you were sure that you wanted to purchase the car "sight unseen" to which you responded "yes". Great experience, no pressure. Mike Slater was extremely helpful.
Awful. They evaded some of my questions about the listed vehicle, and blatantly lied to others. Listing says moonroof- no moonroof. I asked why the seats looked wet/stained in the photos- they said the car was super clean and had just been shampooed before the photos and that’s why they looked wet. LIES. Interior has been cleaned, yes, but it was horribly stained, cigarette burns in the upholstery, weird gouges in the plastic. And the windshield was cracked- listing said nothing about that.
I took time off work and drove 2 hours each way for nothing.

They allowed me to drive the car from Kernersville to Burlington so my
brother could check it out at the Toyota dealer. I purchasedt the car and it
was delivered to the Toyota dealership the next day by Oak Auto.
