The whole transaction was simple and painless. I was provided with additional requested pictures and videos of the truck. I was also provided with a Carfax to review. My sales associate, Jay, was extremely helpful. Lexie was friendly, helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. There were no hidden fees or upcharges on the day of the sale. The price quoted is what I paid. I would highly recommend this dealership to do business with.

My salesman was very helpful and kind to me but at the same time I felt like he and his manger was trying to force me to finance with them. The manager even said he was a bit pushy. I told them that I did not like to be forced to do anything that I did not want to do. That conversation was long and at the end of it ,it was all about money. They wanted me to finance with them because it gave them money. I decided to go with my credit union and the credit union pointed out charges on the sale for things that were optional but they added them to the sale of the vehicle as if they were mandatory. I explained to the salesman and it was a long process for them to remove the optional charges. The company was trying to force me to pay for them. For example, a paint coating wrap for the vehicle. That's not something you have to buy when you purchase a vehicle. Long story short..I bought from somebody else. I paid for the vehicle plus taxes and tag and sales tax. No extra fees

This dealer is top of the line! They make you feel comfortable and they are straight forward. I didn't feel like I had to worry at all about purchasing a used car from them. They had the carfax ready to go and proof of all its history. I couldn't have asked for a better more trustworthy place to buy from.
I worked with Billy over the phone which was great, he worked out the best financing option he could get prior to calling me and then was very patient with me waiting to get my down payment. Once I arrived Billy had left a bit early so I finished the deal with Jorge. He was very professional and courteous. Then lastly I worked with Lexie in finance and she was very quick and nice as well. I did send in most documents prior to coming in but they had me in and out in a little over an hour and most of that was waiting on another customer in finance. I highly recommend this dealership!

Contacted dealer several times and was very prompt with responding to me. Then drove an hour and half to see the car and told them I would get there at noon. Great, see you then. Well, we arrived at 11:55 and guess what, we just sold the car! They could have called to let us know there was sale pending before we drove the hour and half to get there.

Great experience. Darryl Dean was very professional and helpful. Easy and fair negotiation. Fast financing and car was perfectly detailed at delivery. Highly recommended.
Had a wonderful experience with the staff, but was told the wreck (singular) on the CarFax wasn’t anything major. Later discovered that there was one wreck that wasn’t major and that’s all they knew, but there was also a second wreck that was more serious. Despite the good experience we had at the dealership, we couldn’t bring ourselves to go back right now because we weren’t certain we trusted them to disclose all of the facts. This vehicle was for our family and we needed to know it would be as safe as could be. We found that elsewhere.

We were told that they were working on better financing options, but after sitting around for over two hours, they had not done anything. This was on a Saturday so it might have been harder than usual but we should have been told that and not "held hostage".

Acura & Volvo of Athens is a great dealership with even better people working on its staff there. A salesman from the dealership contacted me the next day after I had requested information on one of their vehicles. He told me everything I needed to know about the car, and not once did he try to pressure me for a sale. I drove more than a 100 miles to A&V of Athens and got an awesome vehicle for the price and with the options I was looking for. I"m glad I did because the folks at A&V of Athens certainly know how to treat their customers. Also, great job Randy Purdy....you are now a part of my contacts for future business!!!

We drove from Gainesville to Athens to look at a Car, from the first
phone call to schedule to see it I felt at ease and a peace, the sales
man who we dealt with was great and when we met the manager he
was very honest and fair as well, we ended up buying the car that
day. Each and every person we were in contact with through the
whole experience made us feel special and welcomed. This
dealership was excellent from the start to the end. What a refreshing
