It was a bait and switch. They said the truck was there. I showed up first they said the truck was spoken for. When I asked to see it they said the truck wasn't there.

I stopped receiving communication/responses once O’Meara Ford raised the price of the Tahoe even though I reached out to them multiple times.

They were responsive and proactive in setting up an appointment. I showed up and they were very friendly.
Christian showed me the Toyota Pickup. I wanted to hear the truck run but unfortunately the keys were not immediately available. Also too the truck needed detailing and cleaning inside and out. I asked them to find the keys and perhaps wash and vacuum the truck and I would return later. I would be happy to follow through if all this is taken care of.

Great experience, vehicle was as described, I got to the dealership a little late in the evening and they were awesome, worked a good deal with me and stayed a couple hours after closing to help me get into my new vehicle.

Agreed on a purchase price. They called as we were headed over to purchase the vehicle and told them we were on our way. When we arrived they told us the vehicle was no longer available as they just sold it before we got there.

I called on the truck at 2pm and was told it was still available I then set
an appointment at 4pm to purchase. Drove 80 miles, showed up and
was told the truck had just been sold. I will not be buying anything
from OMeara. If I could give a no star rate I would have.

They were nice , kind,polite and considerate. They just had difficulty answering the simple question "is it a manual
or automatic transmission" It took several emails texts and a couple of phone calls. I started the process and a
couple of days latter a received my answer.

The sales person I spoke with on the phone was with another customer when we arrived. However the young
gentleman whom helped us was thorough and professional. Unfortunately they did not have exactly what we
were looking for at the time. We would shop with them again.

After asking twice for the price of a truck I was interested in. The online sales person would not answer me. All he would say. Is ( when can you make it in to test drive. ) I told him I wasn't interested in driving to his lot. until I knew the price. He then told me the truck I was interested in. Was no longer available. But 3 days later. It was still on their website. ! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was contacted, then visited this dealer in person. I was a cash buyer looking to add a truck for my business.
I have to say I was really disappointed.
They left me unimpressed and with a feeling that they were simply trying to take advantage of me for a quick sale. I ended up taking
my business elsewhere and got double for my trade-in over what this dealer offered. Your
results may vary.....

Car battery was dead. Sales person didn't know how to jump start this type of car (It's different, most people don't.). I knew right away that this wasn't what we wanted and let them know. Brought vehicle up anyway, so we looked at it. Sales person said that he would go in and bring me his card, instead brought out his manager, who still tried to sell us the car. Then they went in to check for other inventory and left us out in the 95 degree heat. We left.

confirmed, to look at a specific vehicle. I was
traveling to Northglenn from Granby. The vehicle
was sold Thursday evening out from under me ,
which I understand. However I was not informed
until I arrived Friday morning, which I did not
understand.

Very over priced, the listing of vehicle installed options were not
accurate
Misogyny is alive and well at O'Meara Ford. Went to test drive a vehicle and was passed off between 4 different employees. One that I spoke to on the phone passed me off to a sales guy that went on the drive with me but then passed me off to another sales guy when a buddy of his showed up to look at vehicles. This third guy promptly went into "close the sale" mode. Rifled me through info on my trades and then came back with a piece of paper with 4 blank boxes on it and a place for me to sign that stated "if all of the numbers line up that I would purchase the vehicle." Whaaa???? Then when I said that I was not going to sign that when I did not know what I was looking at price and trade wise, the guy told me that he wasn't going to spend a bunch of time with me and then just walk out the door. Nice. I then asked for the first guy again since he and I had a rapport. The sales manager then came over and tried to close it. (All the while the titles to my trades had been whisked away to an undisclosed location) I again, asked for the first guy. When they finally did get him, the sales manager came back and sat with us. When I expressed my concerns about the numbers and the fact that I had concerns about how the transmission felt like it was slipping a bit in 3rd and 4th gears, I was dismissed as just being "sensitive" about that because I had previously spoken of tranny issues with other vehicles. I highly doubt they would have even thought about saying that to a man. After all of this, they finally came back and told me that they were only interested on one of my trades (the lower value one). I promptly snatched my titles back and left. I will NEVER buy from them...high pressure, misogynistic, and complete lack of ability to relate to the customer in front of them.

Had to have a really strong backbone to deal w/them. Found an internet price, and thankfully printed out the page and brought it with me. Before the closing, they tried to bump the price by $1,200. I pulled out the internet add, and they honored that price. They also tried to add $355.00 for window 'etching' (theft protection??) that hadn't even been done and that I wasn't notified about. WOW. Ladies, go in with your husband, male friend, brother, whoever. They'll work you otherwise.
