Reached out to them on a Wednesday. Waiting on financing from my bank (was approved, just waiting on underwriting to get my check). By the following Monday, I talked to them and said I’d be there, check in hand, to pick up car—they said okay and that they’d let me know if the car sold! Picked up my check on Wednesday and called ahead…. Thankful I did because they sold the car on Tuesday. Shady dealers who were likely upset that I did not go through their financing. Save yourself the hassle, and buy anywhere else, where they hopefully won’t sell a car out from under you!!
The dealership responded almost immediately and put me in contact with Kevin. Kevin contacted me soon afterward and was helpful. He worked with me to get all of the information I needed.

They were great to work with! This was my first time purchasing a car and Michelle was nothing but helpful and understanding the entire time. Highly recommend!!
Steve Bowers was the one who sold me my car and I had a great experience with him! Before I ever came he was very quick in responding to emails. Like within minutes. In person he was very nice, friendly, wasn’t overbearing. I had to come back to the dealer to get a license plate put on my car and he gave me a loaner to drive around for a few hours so I didn’t have to sit in the lobby for 3 hours. I will definitely recommend him and this car dealership to others!

Salesman, Steve Bowers, returned our CG request for contact in about 5
minutes even though it was after 9 pm. Our in-person with Steve was
wonderful. The car was ready and cooled when we arrived. He answered all
our questions, was very patient and knowledgeable. Steve never pushed for
the sale and was always respectful and helpful. Got a great price for our
trade-in, too!

I called this dealer and gave them all of my personal info and told
them about my trade in and where I needed to be on payments. I
live about 40 minutes away so I wanted to make sure that I was
not wasting my day and gas by driving there. They assured me
that they could meet my criteria and could assist me. I drove up
to the extreme dealership in Bloomington IL. and test drove the fj
cruiser . we then sat down to do the paperwork and they lowballed
me on my trade in and wouldnt budge at all on their price. when
they came back the payment was 150.00 over what I told them I
could afford.no deal , complete waste of time.GO SOMEWHERE
ELSE !!!!!
