Communication was excellent...however, it was just too far...I did not see where the dealership was located.
Car was advertised as an XLE. We drove 75 miles each way to look at it, only to find that it was an SE. Nice car, but wanted an XLE. Dealer was nice, very apologetic.

Responded quickly. However, when I made an offer per my lender's request I was told they are a "haggle free dealership and their price was the best they could do". I have NEVER been unable to HAGGLE a vehicle price. I declined to buy, only to be contacted 2 days later being told they had lowered their price!!! Guess it had to be their idea....I did not use this dealership.

I didn't buy this one, either, however, I did email back and forth for quite a while with Mark about this car. He was very patient and willing to help. I opted to buy a vehicle I found locally that was more what I wanted.

Stopped over to their lot on a Sunday knowing they were closed. The lot was neat, clean and organized. The cars were clean and almost all marked with their equipment on the unit and the price. The sales person contacted me via phone and e-mail. Enough contact that he was not a bother, but answered our questions.

Greg is really straight forward and no nonsense. He didn't try to sell me a vehicle, he just helped me buy the vehicle I wanted. They seem to rely on low prices and great deals to sell vehicles, which is definitely a philosophy I can get behind!

Real nice dealership. People were friendly, courteous, and laid
back. They seemed to be an honest company. They responded
back the same day I had contacted them. They weren't high
pressure. We didn't buy a vehicle from them, because the
vehicle we were interested in, was sold by the time we arrived at
the dealership.

Dealer responded very quickly. Very friendly and was willing to
work with me to set up a time to come and visit outside of regular
business hours. Small town dealership, personable, and friendly.
